I love this site. Quick and easy surveys which mount up very quickly and any issues are dealt with quickly by customer services. Would definitely recommend.

Redeemed £20 on 19 March (Ref: 1603730050). Your email says "Claim within 30 days"—it is now Day 32 and I have nothing.

Support is ignoring me or sending blank automated emails while the system spams me with new survey invites. Don't tell me to "check my PayPal"—Swagbucks paid me days ago, so my account is fine. If you actually sent it, provide the 17-digit Transaction ID. If you can’t, you haven't paid.

Disgraceful service. 72Point Limited is withholding earned funds. Pay me now

Update: I’ve identified a typo in their payment records (missing digits in the email). I’ve reached out to support to help them correct it. Hoping for a quick resolution now.

Update 2: OnePoll is now blaming me for a typo while admitting their records show they paid the wrong email address (missing the digits from my ID).

The issue is that OnePoll forces you to wait 30 days before you can even ask about a payment. How was I supposed to know something was wrong when they purposefully kept me in the dark for a month? I followed every term they set, yet they are refusing to fix a simple clerical error that they have the power to cancel via PayPal Transaction ID 2A740283JL403564E. They are essentially refusing to pay me for the work I have done because of a mistake I wasn't allowed to see for 30 days. Unacceptable business practice.

I hope they do the honest thing and pay me, until they do I cannot recommend them, all I am getting is it is not our fault, well typos can happen, if you do not send receipts to people and make them wait 30 days, longer as I was only shown the receipt today, there is no way of knowing and as for telling me to take it up with paypal, that is disgraceful and vile behaviour, I am not the sender as such cannot although I will try. One Poll please do the right thing and pay me, admit the mistake and admit you screwed up.

I have been a member for many years, and find it one of the best survey sites. Enquires are always dealt with quickly.

Don't waste your time on this site ..This is a scam Website when I reached the threshold for a reward they rejected my request and blocked my account. Avoid this website at all costs. I spent ages on their surveys for nothing

One of the better survey sites as surveys are quick & easy to complete. I had a issue recently where a survey has been closed by the owner but it was still showing on my to do list 1 year on! I emailed OnePoll last night & Rachel removed it from my list this morning. If only other companies could respond this promptly!

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I can't complete surveys when I'm out & about. I would be nice if I could do them during my lunch break in the office etc.

It took a lot of time to complete the first set of polls to receive £20 credit to my account. I was unable to credit money into account on first 2 attempts but after emailing Rachel at customer services she was able to help. Hopefully the money will go through within the next 14/28 days.

There are lots of reasons why I love this survey site. The surveys are short, work well and are fairly rewarded. Payouts, when due, occur promptly. If I'm going to screened out of a survey it will happen within the first two or three pages...not when I've spent ten minutes or more diligently filling in information. And if I have a query or need help, I get a prompt personal response from a real person (thank you, Rachel😊 ). I've been with OnePoll for a while now, and I'm really happy with them.

I have been with One Poll more than 10 years now so I think that says it all really.

I find OnePoll the best survey site by far. Issues are dealt with by Rachel swiftly and efficiently and recently I had extra points added to compensate for any inconvenience. They are the only survey site I know which has increased the points it offers and they listened when people asked for the payment threshold to be reduced from £25 to £20. Most other sites are reducing the percentage they offer to subscribers when the returns are fairly low in the first place.
