Trust Pilot, you need to report this company for fraud as they are total scammers, and those 5-star reviews are fake and paid for. I was convinced by
Frank McCoy to pay for a website design, and he promised all the good stuff. To my surprise, the next day was quiet, and I was uncomfortable as everything they kept promising was never adhered to. Note that they are in the US but claim to have an office in UK which is totally false. Then i was introduced to Daniel Russel who was supposed to a project manager but would promise timelines that werent met. After being uncomfortable with all this, I asked them to refund my money as they hadn't even read the form I completed, talkless about designing a website, and till now, I am being told different stories, time and time again. Daniel will say the billing team will contact me and nobody will. He keeps lying. ONESTOPDESIGNING It was very easy to get my money, but you had better pay me my money. Please DO NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ANY MONEY, `THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS FROM US PROMISING TO DESIGN WEBSITES IN THE UK. I have proof of emails and receipts of all these. I tell you, these people are scammers.

Building a website from scratch is a daunting task and many claim to do it.
