This company is a Scam and will steal your money the reviews in trust pilot are false. I lost 2500 dont make the same mistake I did.

They are the most unprofessional company ive ever meet. say they are from USA and its a complete lie. They called me on the 4th wanting to talk and I asked them if they are celebrating and they told me celebrating what?

TLDR - Very unprofessional company, does NOT provide you with what you pay for, uses immature and unskilled designers (Amy Cooper), absolute worst-case-scenario NIGHTMARE SMMA experience.

Edit - They just FALSELY flagged my review and had it hidden for days. I had to contact customer support and provide them with all of the proof to have the review reinstated. This company is trying to suppress negative reviews by abusing flagging! BEWARE!!

This is a TRUE review, not some lazy 5-star suck-up review!

Amy Cooper was my project manager. She spoke with very improper grammar, misspelling words and using illogical sentences. I didn't think much of it as we were just talking 1 on 1, but then her bad grammar carried over onto my pages. She was doing copywriting and post edits with severely flawed grammar, frequently misspelling words in my company's posts and captions. Imagine a company posting content with bad grammar... how unprofessional is that?

In regards to her actual copywriting skills, they were also severely flawed. I had to do 95% of the copywriting myself because no matter how many revisions I requested, she would constantly provide unprofessional and corny copywriting such as "The perfect sunglasses for your summer adventures!" and "An era of eyewear experiences"... like what?

As for the edits, they were also flawed. The designs were unprofessional and mundane, but I regrettably OK'd them as I was in a big time crunch. Speaking of, she didn't create the first post for a WEEK - an entire WEEK of my plan was wasted because it was taking her DAYS just to write a few post captions. The designs featured weird backgrounds and obnoxious subtitles, far from what you'd expect from an SMMA company.

After the first 1-2 weeks, the relationship started to collapse. Amy was posting only once every 3-4 days, despite the plan including 5-6 posts per week. She reposted designs multiple times, in addition to reusing the same design subtitles and post captions multiple times. She kept using hashtags I told her not to use, hashtags including other brand names and making my posts look weird and cheap. If she did actually listen to a change request, it was oftentimes minor and lazy.

BEWARE: Their company has a rip-off refund policy, citing they are only obligated to provide a 30% refund if it has been more than 24 or 48 hours (more or less) of the payment date. Even if you request a refund instantly after the payment, they still only offer around 60% back. That is a HUGE red flag that I overlooked, please don't make the same mistake. Any honest, hardworking, confident-in-their-abilities company does NOT need to hold your money hostage like OneStopDesigning does, this is a sign that they experience refund requests often. So, I had to accept my loss and continue with the deal. Couldn't even change project managers!

Fast forward a GRUELING 4 weeks, to the 1.5 month mark (I paid for 1.5 months). My plan included 5-6 weekly posts on 4 different social media platforms. So, 6 weeks with 5-6 posts per week comes out to 30-36 total posts on EACH of the 4 platforms. What did I get? 24 posts on Instagram, 24 on Twitter, 24 on Facebook and 3 on TikTok. THREE. They cheated me out of 57 TOTAL POSTS, which represents over 40% of my ENTIRE plan. Taking into account the 3 Instagram posts I deleted (because they were lazy reposts), that is STILL over 40% of my ENTIRE plan. I paid for 132 high quality posts over a 1.5 month span, and got 78 low quality posts. Ridiculous, right?

I ended up having to file a PayPal dispute to get part of my money back, which Amy replied with multiple times saying "end the dispute, we will win" and unprofessional garbage like that. BTW, I won, because PayPal saw just how poorly I was treated. Didn't receive a single apology, nothing but excuses and threats to the very end.

I have proof to back ALL of this up. And PayPal/TrustPilot validated the proof.

They also tried to give me 8,000 FAKE Instagram followers. NO JOKE. I told them multiple times how unethical and unprofessional it is, and Amy Cooper kept trying to force it on me. SO WEIRD

IN REGARDS TO THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW.
-I never claimed they SELL Instagram followers. Notice their strawman defense!
-I did NOT misrepresent any info to PayPal. What a pathetic lie!
-Notice how they didn't address the 57 MISSING POSTS (40% of my plan!!)
-Notice how they STILL won't apologize and take ANY responsibility. It's ALL my fault, right? SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
-Telling the truth is NOT defamation. Cut this childish victim act out...

After this company falsely flagged my review, I submitted our ENTIRE chat/deal history to TrustPilot's support. TrustPilot reviewed it, and validated 100% of my review. Don't let OneStopDesigning suede you with more lies, everything I said is the unfiltered, verified TRUTH!!

Dan was a good help he understood what I wanted and he knew what to do with the information I was giving him. I would definitely recommend this business if you are looking for a logo.

I was leary as this was my first time having a website developed. But Jordan, Austin,and James made me feel at ease. Im big on communication and they were always there to answer questions.
