Only reason I don’t give them a one is because they made a ridiculously fun product, but a flawed one at that. Had my board for two months riding delirium and loving it when one day I crashed but not hard on the board. The board was much much slower to the point I was scared to push forward. I sent the board to one wheel fully expecting and problem only to have it returned with “no issues” the board then worked fine after it came back for some reason and just today it started to act sluggish even when I cycle through modes and manually set the board to delirium. I don’t want to send it in again because they try to get out of fixing the board or don’t offer any explanation as to why it may be happening. It’s incredibly frustrating and one of the worst customer service/policies ever and I work for the monopoly of the railroad so I know. Future motions needs to severely rethink their business structure and how they interact with customers who spend ridiculous money for a flawed board! Future Motion as a company is flawed, but the board they make is amazing, but has issues as you can read on any Reddit page about people complaining non stop about their customer service and board issues! Refurbished just be straight with us customers and help us out when we help your company out buying $2k machines.

Was skeptical at first but honestly, most fun product I've purchased in a long time.

I bought 2 one wheels, and both broke within the first 3 months. Disappointed with the product.

The onewheel itself is excellent. The customer service is terrible. I've had 5 brand new fenders that were all junk and cranked and disintegrated bolt holes almost immediately. I contacted them with photos and they did nothing to correct it. They are $85 each plus shipping. I have an aftermarket fender now and its great. Going to last forever. Do not buy parts from them.

I paid for the pint and upgraded accessories. Received them and the super battery charger doesn’t work and they won’t replace it, said i could buy another one and give them the order number and get a Partial refund

I had a few issues with shipping (all my fault). They were super prompt in replying and really helped me out.

I am based in Ireland, received my one wheel quickly after ordering with clear tracker for my delivery, the one wheel is perfect and customer service replied to my query promptly during the whole process, i had my one wheel within 2 weeks from placing the order - couldn't be happier with this experience

Bad Company
I unsubscribed and blocked them and they still harrass me.

Every time I click unsubscribe they just say they've raised a ticket and will look into it but never do.

Future motion is a stellar company and their customer service has been really good for me so far. I have a Pint, a Plus, and an XR and I have had no problems what so ever. Don't listen to these haters.

Fun product, horrible customer support and warranty. I expected more from a US company.

OneWheel XR owner (and now own 2). I absolutely love these amazing pieces of tech. It took me 2 years to finally drop $2k on one of these and my only complaint is that I waited so long! Absolutely Amazing! I put 500 miles on my XR (In 3 months) and the only thing I could do to improve on it was to buy a 2nd one so I could ride with my spouse or one of the kiddos. The OneWheel does take a bit of practice, but it’s totally doable for almost anyone. To me it feels just like snowboarding. The JOY of butter smooth pavement or the adventure off off-road limit pushing is real. While I bought mine to be a “fancy toy” my use has far exceeded my plans. I now use it for commuting to work and for quick transport to grab a few groceries or pick up subway for dinner. It’s a work horse and then some. I have the stock tire on my first and a Hoosier Whisper on the 2nd. The tire difference really gives each “board” its own feel which makes it even more fun to grab one or the other based on how I want to ride. Enough random chatter, I’m going to go for a ride!

I'm living in London, UK and had my board less than 2 months and already 255 miles done. The Onewheel is a phantasmagorically awesome board to ride around. It turns heads wherever you take it. This board is a great bet for those that want to commute on it everyday (specially in London, where speed is limited to 20mph for cars), for those that want to play frequently, and for those that want to take an electric skateboard on the gnarliest terrain. I do not know if I could live without my Onewheel now! Can't wait to visit LA and join the race!! #racefortherail #ukfloaters #stoked

Returned my money back without any reason and less amount that i've sent.

They are very against right to repair with "do not remove" seals everywhere on the board. I guess if you want a board in the factor that they make then you will need to buy from them as they drive out competition with patents and have used the us marshals on competition. This allows them to sell plastic fenders for almost $100

I wanted to provide feedback fair & balanced. My previous negative experience regarding restocking fees and unresponsiveness have been resolved. The company worked with me and resolved my issue. Their phones however are not working for some reason so unfortunately I all communications are via their website which hopefully is something they will resolve soon. It's always best being able to speak with your customers.

The Onewheel itself is really a rad piece of tech. We've had a blast with it. Had it now for just over a year and it's having problems. Unfortunately, the support is the worst with whom I've ever worked or better would like to work. They have no phone support due to COVID, which makes no sense, work from home... And they don't reply to tickets at all. An expensive toy that has no back end support.

Have owned my OneWheel for over one year. I'm very happy with it. It takes me from one place to another. It's fast enough. No more spending money on car fuel. No more public tranportation. 25-30 km of fun commute to places.

They don t offer support in Europe even if i buyed the xr from them

For an item advertised to be “built like a tank” it’s one tank alright, a Russian tank. I bought a brand new Pint a week ago and it’s already broken! Last Friday it randomly stopped working when frankly I haven’t abused it that much. I’ve tried to contact customer support multiple times it’s been 4 days and still no response! I really really want to reccomend Onewheel to my friends, but after this situation I’m extremely disappointed! I loved my Pint and I’ve even troubleshooted the issue and know exactly what is wrong. C’mon!

Before you even think about buying one of these let me just tell you the customer service SUCKS! and these cheap battery's that they put in these boards don't even last a lifetime I own a one wheel plus XR and I will be honest it is fun until the board starts to freak out and a notification on the app says your one wheel needs Juice! pretty annoying right?? Before I had the one-wheel plus XR I also had just the one wheel plus and I wasn't getting much range on it which is why I went to the one-wheel plus XR HUGE MISTAKE!!! I don't recommend buying any one of these not even the one wheel pint because the batteries do not last and Future Motion doesn't cover anything so if something goes wrong with your board or if the battery goes bad they can replace it but they won't cover the charge of the battery or any other kinds of damage. on my one-wheel plus XR my battery was going bad so I sent it to them to have them look at it and they said that I needed a brand new XR battery pack and they wanted $489 to replace it WHAT??? Are they crazy?? Who the hell has that kind of money? this company is a scam and should be shut down later after I got my one wheel back and tried it out and the battery still was acting up what a RIP OFF I payed 489.00 for a brand new battery pack that doesn't work and for what??? NOT GOOD!!! please feel free to share this review with your friends and family YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!! Not A good company to do business with period!!
