I placed an order of 18 boxes of laminate planks. The ordering process was easy, and my shipment expectations were managed well. Three of the boxes on the delivered pallet were damaged. I contacted customer service, and they responded within hours, requesting details and photos. After I provided the details, they promptly shipped replacements for those three boxes, which arrived in time for me to keep my appointment with the installer. I have two more rooms to complete and look forward to placing my next order.

We noticed you ordered 6 quarter rounds in COREtec Monterey Oak (VV017-01004) on 8/17/2025 and you purchase 11 more of the same item on 9/5/2025 - so it appears you were satisfied with the product? We want to clarify that we sell these flooring trims and transitions - but we don't sell the flooring planks themselves. If the quarter rounds don't match your actual flooring, it's possible you may have a different flooring product than what was referenced in your order.
