Dont buy from this company
AVOID dont buy from this company. Ordered some doors but couldn't get a confirmed delivery date so I cancelled order and requested a refund. Email confirmed cancellation and refund was advised within 28 days. Still waiting for refund, reading other people's reviews seems this company has a history of refund delays. *UPDATE took 4 emails and a phone call before I got my refund. Keep chasing them if you're owed a refund*

Absolutely dishonest company. Sent out doors that were splitting straight from the package and refused to take it back or issue the refund! Absolutely rubbish and avoid for all cost!

Found the oak cottage doors that I was searching for at onlinedoorstore.co.uk and I have to say that I've been really happy overall. So much so that I have gone back to purchase all the ironmongery I needed... then I've even purchased another door! They kept me updated with my order progress/delivery etc and the doors are perfect. Terrible company
We brought a set of doors on July 23rd but was not the doors advertised and I cancelled the order the next day and phoned and had an email to confirm it was cancelled .
A refund has still not arrived and the door we cancelled also arrived, had nothing but excuses from the company and will be taking them to a small claims court soon .
Avoid this company as they are not to be trusted.

Don't trust them!
This company is the middle man, and their service is awful. The delivery is very expensive, also to return the product is even more expensive and additional 20% of the product value. The door we bought was £188 plus £44delivery, plus £48return, plus 20% of the price. We are still waiting for our refund!
