Very bad experience
Oh wow - where do I start. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for a refund of the door I never received. I was told it had been discontinued by the supplier and the funds had been returned to Online Doors but they have not returned to me nor have they paid back the £55 delivery cost. I have sent figures, paperwork, deductions (from other goods I had to chase them to return or I would have been out of the period for returning).
I would avoid this company at all costs as I fear they are unlikely to return my money to me - total scam!!!
One plus point - you can speak to them on the phone, however, the phone operators promise the world and never follow up - it’s just awful service!!

They are experienced. Con artists. Watch out
I paid them by credit card 5 months ago. They charged me for “ speedy delivery” days later they messaged me that they could not do speedy delivery , but ….. they kept the money for it. No refunds the doors never appeared. Weeks and weeks later having pursued them relentlessly. They offered some random day for the delivery. . The doors never arrived. I bought doors from another supplier . I threatened them with Court proceedings on a minimum of 4 occasions. They finally sent me a lot of emails apologising - I can submit them here as evidence- .
They followed it up with another email back on the 5th of May 2025 saying that they were in the process of arranging a refund plus discuss ( I can also evidence it as proof) compensation .
Nothing received as yet.
Be afraid !

Doors okay, delivery needs improving
Doors are fine for the price, but delivery was a week late without any real updates when requested. And then on the day of delivery, after making myself available 7am - 7pm as requested - it got moved back again a day at around 2pm. Frustrating, especially when trying to organise a fitter as we had to push ours back twice.

Dreadful
Dreadful. They sell front doors without glass and leave you high and dry. I really would not recommend them. You'll feel mugged and ripped off

I ordered a composite internal white…
I ordered a composite internal white glass door or I thought I had! I phoned the company up before ordering just to check it was definitely composite the guy said yes it was no painting needed!!
When it was delivered it was definitely not composite it was wood and not a very good example either! I sent it straight back with the van driver so it was not unpacked!
But I am not fed up with trying to get a refund they said I have to pay £40 delivery charge for a door that never left the van and the wrong door too!
I have phoned the company at least 5 times and it’s still not sorted
Please do not order from this company you will regret it!!!!!!

We have listened back to the recording of our agents conversation with you and your husband.
We can actually hear you in the background say 'no it's not painted'.
The description of the door says it is:
'White primed ready to hang for final decoration'
You asked us whether the door had a grain effect on the surface and we replied that yes it did.
At no point in time, did we say that it did not need painting.
The specification of the door says that it is primed.
We had to pay our supplier to deliver the door that you ordered, that is why there was a deduction from your refund.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! DO NOT USE.
They delivered the wrong product to me. They collected them on 8th March (after about a month of me chasing them). Today is 7th May and I am still waiting for a refund, 2 months after the doors were returned. They have effectively stolen £550 from me.

The excellent doors were very well…
The excellent doors were very well priced and made the Online Door Store a great place to shop. They were delivered about a week after ordering and I am very pleased with the quality of my oak doors. I can recommend!

The quality of the doors were good and as described.
They were heavy and I may have missed the description and being glass it made sense, but it would have been good to have it highlighted.
