AVOID AVOID AVOID!! No responses to emails and waiting over a week for a manager to call but nothing! I asked the women on the phone if this is how they treat all customers and she said yes!
Will now be raising a claim with my card provider.

I ordered a fire door at the end of January 2025. I needed it pretty quickly and the website said in stock delivery 3-5 days. After 2 weeks I was assured that I would have it very soon. It didn’t arrive in the third week so I again contacted them and they said it would be possible 5 months so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. That was supposed to take 2-3 weeks but after several emails 3 months later still no refund. Do not buy from this company. I personally don’t believe they actually trade. You will loose your money!

Hello to everyone who shops with Online Door Store,
I have been in the construction trade for many years and regularly order from various suppliers. Unfortunately, Online Door Store has been by far the worst supplier I have dealt with since I started. In particular, I have been dealing with an employee of theirs, who answers their phone, and she has been completely unhelpful.
I placed an order for a door (WEB2641) on March 20th, which was promised to be delivered within 3-5 working days. However, I did not receive the door until two weeks later, despite chasing them multiple times. I also paid around £40 for delivery, yet the door was not delivered on time.
I have now requested a refund via email but have not received any response for weeks. I am still struggling to get them to arrange the collection of the door. At this point, I am beginning to suspect this company might be a scam. I will be contacting my bank to try to resolve this, as I have a full record of all communications.
Doors arrived on time and great value compared to other companies. Product was easy to find and match existing doors.

Recently renovated a house, dealing with dozens of suppliers / vendors. This company was, by a country mile, the absolute WORST. Door supposed to arrive within 5 days actually took 5 weeks! Multiple attempts to cancel order failed and unwanted door was delivered and no refund no given. Late April now, door still in its package, no refund given, multiple promises of callback that never materialise.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
update: I just read your reply and am even more appalled by the untruths it contains.
You absolutely did NOT inform me of any delay.
I did not email to cancel the order as I called!
I did NOT refuse to pay the collection fee! I called and told you what had happened and you agreed to waive the collection fee. When I then called the delivery company to arrange the collection, I was told by them that the collection had been cancelled!
Above all, you have since ignored several calls from me and made none of the promised callbacks. Hence, I'm left with no option but to 'converse' with you here! A single callback could have prevented all of this public dialog ...but you have utterly failed in that regard.
I suggest you concentrate your energies into providing a decent service, rather than victim-blaming your customers.
And finally; where is the refund and promised collection?

I placed an order for doors on March 20, 2025 (Order WEB2639). At the time of purchase, the doors were listed as in stock, with a stated delivery timeframe of 3 to 5 working days for standard shipping. However, I am still waiting for delivery—well beyond the promised timeframe—with no clear communication or updates on the delay.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If an item is in stock, I expect it to be dispatched and delivered according to the company’s stated policy. The lack of reliability and transparency in this process is disappointing, and I would have reconsidered my purchase had I known about these delays. Utterly dissatisfied.

I ordered several internal doors early March 2025. Having not received a delivery update, I called the company as I had a carpenter booked to complete the work. I was informed that they had not had an update from their supplier this was 3 business days later. I then had to cancel the order as it wouldn't have arrived in time for my carpenter. I cancelled this order on the 10th March. I left it sometime for my refund, and then emailed when I hadn't received my money (over £800). I was reassured they would process the refund but I may have to wait up to 28 days. I sent another email, no refund, and I called today to be reassured they would refund this today and also send an email when it had been returned. Here we are at 5pm and still no refund, no email, and no explanation. If you can take my money on the same day, you can return my money on the same day. I don't go for this 28 day nonsense. How is it legal that companies can keep a significant amount of money, earning interest on it?!
Terrible company, terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost.

don't use them..we have ordered and paid for a door and 41ponds for delivery..3 to 5 days on the order..they disconnect you when call. After 5 days we have called numerous times to ask where the door is they now say they will deliver in 5 days. Do Not use them...we can't even get our money back because they don't answer the phone..i have asked for a manager to call me..they don't call back..they are in endless meetings apparently..the trust pilot 3.8 score is misleading

lock and handles delivered quickly and door followed. Was a bit worried that said would need to return within 24 hours if not right, as unable to open door packaging until handyman arrived to install it (am in 85th year) he found the lock was faulty, so it was good both to email you and speak on telephone to Adnam. AsI haven't yet learned how to take a photo on my phone and transfer as an email attachment, Mohammed, the handyman took the photos as part of an email which I forwarded to you. However, I kept on getting the message that there was an error and email wasn't sent to you, so by the time I spoke again to Adman he was able to track it when I explained it was part of a stream. I was pleased when he phoned me back this morning to say I should receive a replacement lock next week plus a £30 Amazon voucher !
