Great that your telephone number is easy to find on your website
lock and handles delivered quickly and door followed. Was a bit worried that said would need to return within 24 hours if not right, as unable to open door packaging until handyman arrived to install it (am in 85th year) he found the lock was faulty, so it was good both to email you and speak on telephone to Adnam. AsI haven't yet learned how to take a photo on my phone and transfer as an email attachment, Mohammed, the handyman took the photos as part of an email which I forwarded to you. However, I kept on getting the message that there was an error and email wasn't sent to you, so by the time I spoke again to Adman he was able to track it when I explained it was part of a stream. I was pleased when he phoned me back this morning to say I should receive a replacement lock next week plus a £30 Amazon voucher !

Great experience buying 1930’s style…
Great experience buying 1930’s style oak veneer door. Odering was easy, quality was great and they accommodated the delivery date that we requested. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Online Door store again.

Fast delivery and door in perfect condition
I ordered 4 panel door interior door which arrived within 1 week and also arrived in perfect pre-finished condition with no scuffs, dents or scratches. Ordering was easy and the prices are very good and competitive when comparing to other door sites.

Great price and quiality
Needed to upgrade some existing to fire doors during loft conversion. Even with delivery charge this was better then the price I could get locally. Doors good quality and came well packaged, will use again.

Used company about 3 years ago service was 5 star so didn't bother looking at recent reviews wish I had of done same problem as a lot of other people ordered 5 doors and 5 sets of handle packs told doors would be delivered in 5 days took 10 handles came from a different supplier and unfortunately not suitable as lever quite brittle and sharp so emailed online doors and ask to replace them with another set and would pay carriage didn't get a reply and doors hadn't been delivered so phoned and asked if when doors delivered could the driver take handles back told no as they come from a different supplier so request a refund got handles from a different supplier as booked carpenter for 2 days after doors delivered to get a refund I was told to take pictures of handle packs then supplier would arrange collection and refund with a handling charge nothing happens so emailed online doors to say I would send handles back myself and pay carriage got several emails saying that are chasing refund up after 17 days after sending handles back I have finally got my refund paid £120.00 for handles got back £82.50 so charged £37.50 for someone to open a box and put 5 small boxes back into stock order was placed on 24th January 2025 made several phone calls and sent 14 emails to get refund found this very disappointing

We would like to clarify that the handles and doors were ordered from different suppliers, which was mentioned in the product details at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, this meant that the handles could not be returned via our delivery driver, as they were not dispatched from the same location. If there was any uncertainty about this, we would have been happy to assist before the order was placed.
Regarding the refund process, our terms and conditions—agreed upon at checkout—clearly state that returns are subject to a supplier-imposed restocking fee. Additionally, refunds take up to 28 business days as we await confirmation that the returned items are undamaged.
We appreciate your business and regret any inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We understand that delays can be frustrating, but we believe in fairness and transparency. Your order was placed on February 26, 2025, not three weeks ago as stated. We proactively informed you that the delay was due to our supplier changing haulage vendors—something beyond our direct control.
Despite providing you with an updated delivery timeline for this week, you insisted on immediate delivery, which was simply not possible. When we offered a cancellation and refund, you responded with aggressive and inappropriate language towards our team. While we respect our customers, we also expect basic courtesy in return.
We have processed your cancellation request per our standard policy and appreciate your patience as it is confirmed.
Great products, prices and team
A little difficult to contact via phone for information before placing an order, but once I reached an agent, they were extremely helpful and resolved all my queries on the call. My need to call was apparently due to the company being in the process of improving the product details pages on their website, which is always great to hear. The process of placing an order and arranging a delivery date and time was smooth and delivery was on time. The door was well-packaged and both exactly as advertised online and as further described by their telephone agent. Compared with other suppliers I have experience with, I find the veneer to be both thicker and of better quality, which is doubly as impressive considering OnlineDoorStore's prices are more affordable!

Due to a temporary supplier portal error, the item incorrectly showed as out of stock after your order was placed. We communicated this to you immediately and later discovered it was a technical issue—the doors were always available.
Despite our transparency and efforts to resolve the issue, you chose to give your customer a discount before allowing us to rectify the situation. While we understand your frustration, blaming us for a decision you made is unfair. We always strive to provide the best service, but unfortunately, we can’t control a customer’s impatience.
