wanted to order flowers for my wife when to the site was one price, then when wanted to order the price was different contacted customer service they said this discount not available any more so they post price that are a lie to get you to order .. basically a scam.

Can't fault this company. Made an order from UK for friends in Dubai. Delivered at the time/day requested and a very good price for the quality of flowers delivered. Only thing I was a bit confused about was there was no email confirmation in case of issues, but fortunately I didn't have any. Thanks

I placed an order for a flower bouquet through your website on (14/02/2026). Unfortunately, the item delivered was completely different from the image displayed on your website at the time of purchase. In addition, the greeting card that was specifically requested was not included, and the delivery was made later than the scheduled time.
I also attempted to contact you several times by phone, but my calls were not answered.
This situation has caused me significant embarrassment and inconvenience

Zero response to attempts at communicating via What’s app, email or phone call.
Ordered Valentine flowers, with chocolate hearts , they delivered completely different chocolates with nuts, without first asking if there was nut allergies. Never will I order from this company again.

They failed to deliver and there’s no response from their team in whatsapp

I paid for delivery between 9 and 2 and the flowers were delivered a 3.30.
This is extremely disappointing. The lease i expect is the reimbursement of delivery fees otherwise not shopping from you again. Plenty of competition

Very bad service this time. Loss of responsibility and professionalism. They didn’t respect the delivery time despite my calls and their promesse that the package will be delivered. the receiver didn’t receive on the time we had asked for . The cheesecake we ordered dosent at all look like the one we received . The one we received is very shameful and of a bad quality. Non body could eat it . We will make a reclamation showing the photos of products we have received and how they are not the same we ordered ,am a customer since 5 years , we are so sorry for this bad service
