Couldn’t recommend OKS more, from the start of the project Eve was incredibly proactive, helpful and patient through out the design (and my many MANY amends). The communication was really clear in the run up, delivery and worked so well with a great fitter they recommended. The kitchen isn’t quite finished yet (so close!) and even after all final payments have been made Olly and team are quick to respond and always ensure we’ve got everything we need. We’re certain we wouldn’t have got such a high level of care or quality at other retailers and the price is incredibly competitive! Can’t thank the team enough!!

We had a positive experience from start to finish. Eve has the patience of a saint and was professional throughout - even though we changed our mind on certain elements throughout the process. The design process was simple and thorough and any changes were quickly made and then shared back with us for approval. Our kitchen fitter was apprehensive at first as he has never fitted an OKS kitchen, but said how well made it was and easy to fit. We will not hesitate to recommend you to others - thank you for making our dream kitchen a reality!

I had a new kitchen from Online Kitchen Store fitted last month as part of a larger programme of refurbishment works at my property. I am delighted with the result, and my new kitchen feels like the heart of my home, which is just what I wanted. Eve's patience as I chopped and changed the layout, including both the design and the colour of the cabinets was remarkable. The visuals she supplied really helped me as I made my choices, and as a result, the finished product looks just as I hoped it would.

Smooth process from start to finish. The design service is £99 but this is refunded if you buy the kitchen (essentially). The design service is the thing that makes it all easy because you tell them what you want (e.g. I want a dishwasher here and a sink unit here) plus a few basic measurements and they produce a comprehensive list of items you need including plinths, end panels etc to make a complete kitchen, also a plan for your builder, a nice digital visualisation and of course a price. I spent ages messing around on the DIY kitchens website trying to do the same thing and doing it through Online Kitchen Store, AKA, having Eve who actually knows what she’s doing, do it for me, was just far simpler. It’s a no brainer with the refund.

Delivery also went off without a hitch.
I had a lot of other deliveries scheduled that day and OKS seems to be the only one who read my delivery notes, as they’re the only company that didn’t call me but called the builder onsite instead.

Price wise they’re very competitive for the quality, I had three quotes from Magnet and even Magnet’s lowest spec quote for kitchen furniture was £600 more than the furniture I ended up getting from OKS. And Magnet’s higher spec quote for cabinetry alone was £6700 more expensive. The total cost of my kitchen including non OKS stuff (appliances, installation etc) came out only fractionally more expensive than my IKEA quote which was amazing considering the better quality.

Wouldn’t hesitate to use them in future.

From our initial visit to the fitted kitchen, Eve, Olly, Ian and the rest of the team go above and beyond to ensure the design, manufacture and after service are always a 10/10. Eve is beyond patient, reassuring, innovative and creative with the design and ideas - she truly does make the dream kitchen a reality. Our kitchen fitter thought the units were the best he’d fitted and everyone has been impressed with the quality and final finish we’ve created with Online kitchens help. My experience from start to finish has been a great one. I have never had a new kitchen before and didn't know where to start. Eve has been exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process, always replied to any questions I had promptly and made all the alterations to the design I needed. The quality of their kitchens is far superior to others, it's not flat packed and my kitchen fitter said it is of a very high standard. They have a showroom so you can have a look at the different styles in situ, it's not all online. While I sourced my appliances myself, Eve was happy to check that they would fit for me which really put my mind at rest. I love my new kitchen and would definitely recommend using this company.

Amazing Kitchen from OKS

We are so pleased to have gone with OKS now that our kitchen is fully complete. Eve designed our kitchen from our dimensions and met with us on several occasion to finalise the design. No change was too much trouble. She provided advice throughout and assisted when changes were needed due to build changes. We were encouraged by others to go with a mainstream ‘trade’ competitor but so glad we didn’t, the service has been second to none which we wouldn’t have got elsewhere. Competitively priced and delivery went without a hitch. Any further pieces required were produced quickly and to a high standard. Any email enquiry is dealt with extremely swiftly. 5 stars! Our kitchen has recently been installed, and it looks great. We researched loads of different suppliers. We chose Online Kitchen Store not only because of their good reviews, but also because of the quality of their products, which was as good, if not better, than other really expensive well-known kitchen suppliers. We also wanted to support a smaller local business.

Eve, Olly, and the team were really helpful throughout the entire process, from supporting us with initial decisions, to responding quickly to any queries or issues during the installation process. They don’t offer an installation service, so the kitchen was installed by our builders.

Eve designed our kitchen using plans from another kitchen supplier and our architect. There was a lot of communication and collaboration to get the details just right. This level of involvement might not suit everyone, but we appreciated being part of designing every little detail, and it meant we now have the kitchen we wanted. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Online Kitchen Store.

We couldn't be happier with the service! We wanted something quite bespoke and weren't sure if we could achieve this, but after speaking to Eve, Jason and Olly we managed to create our dream kitchen, bespoke sprayed in the colour we wanted.

The kitchen arrived quickly and was pre-built and easy to install - it was even covered in a protective wrap which was reassuring whilst we were moving things around.

Overall we were very pleased with the service we received from start to finish and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to update their kitchen.

From design to delivery, OKS have been exemplary. Eve has been great when we discussed changes to the layout, patiently producing revised drawings until we arrived at our final layout.
We liked the kitchen so much that we ordered a unit to house a freezer in an alcove and again, Eve suggested some great solutions to make the final design look right.
Our builder remarked on the quality of the units and they really do look and feel like a quality product.
Post sale customer service was faultless when a minor issue was quickly resolved without drama.

Fantastic choice of cabinets, well made sturdy. Would definitely recommend for all those looking to purchase a new kitchen. Only problem for us was there was no installation instructions as we were fitting ourselves.but apart from that 10/10.

This kitchen supplier was recommended to me by family members, and I would now also recommend them. The product is really good and you can tell by even the way the samples are packaged that real pride in taken in what is being sold.
Jason, who did my kitchen plan, really listened to what I wanted and managed to fit everything I needed in a small kitchen, and the kitchen looks beautiful. Eve in Sales was also really helpful with support and queries.
I would definitely use this supplier again.

The whole process from design to delivery has been brilliant. Everyone we have had dealings with at OKS obviously enjoy their work and care for the customer. And the quality does not come at a silly price. All in all an exemplary experience.
