Excellent service!! Would highly recommend.

We researched a lot of online kitchen stores and we felt that the Online Kitchen Store offered the best quality/price in the market. We're very happy with our handless design kitchen.

I contacted Online Kitchen with my idea for my TV cabinets and Jason assisted me throughout my design process. I've sent abundance of emails to Jason for trivial changes to my design and what can i say, Jason has always assisted me to make these changes, even though he had other project commitments.

Ian assisted in the manufacturing process and the communication was also very good. The TV cabinets were manufactured and delivered within few weeks, with no damage to any cabinets.

After getting my TV cabinets fitted by a carpenter, I changed my mind to have the bottom drawers opening different to what I've initially proposed, so I contacted Olly and Ian to see if they can assist me. They happily made amendments to my TV cabinets.

Overall, the quality of the cabinets is excellent! The communication with Olly and his team has been incredible!

I will definitely be using Online Kitchen for my future kitchen/tv related projects and I have no hesitation in recommending Online Kitchen to my family and friends.

Once again, thank you Olly and his team for their help in getting my TV cabinets built.

Communications excellent. Not finalised plans yet, but OKS have been really helpful and listened to what I want. Not got the units of course yet, so can't comment on that, but if they are as good as the rest so far then will be very happy

We’ve been to several providers, middle segment to upmarket, to find our kitchen. In the end we decided for online kitchen store because they were able to cater for our design without no-can dos and could offer it within reasonable pricing and timeframe. Also, there was no faff with sales reps and middlemen.
As we had our layout more or less sorted early on, OKS beat all the other quotes saving us a third compared to most prices we had been given. In terms of construction, most other providers could not offer full length doors to taller cabinets trying to convince us it’s technically impossible to have a long door without a split, well, OKS reinforce their doors, thus pull outs and larders are fronted by just one slab. This is just one of quite a few design and comfort feats.
The service, from design to delivery, is straight forward, they have always been approachable when detailed questions arose. We were not sure what to expect on the much anticipated day of delivery, but driver Greg was an absolute professional, affable and helpful and turned the unloading process into child’s play. Even our fitter was impressed. He had early on prepared us to expect missing items and damages, we’re halfway through installation, nothing so far, fingers crossed. It is however likely that any issue that night arise will be dealt with promptly. For our next kitchen we won’t shop around, but go straight to OKS. Saves a lot of time. Many thanks.

A very successful purchase from Online Kitchen Store - we were adding to an 8 year old kitchen, fortunately the items were still available and the team at Online Kitchen Store were very efficient at putting together estimates and arranging the delivery to suit our timetable. They always answered emails quickly. The two units we ordered were very well built with good quality components.
