Affordable and accesible
Affordable and accesible. could not have afforded varifocals at high street prices. When the glasses arrived they were perfect . will not be bothering with bifocals in future.
Slow Service. Rude communication. Unprofessional.
Ordered simple single vision reading glasses. By day 8 there was no update; when I chased, they said the order was still “in the lab” and needed another 2 days, relying on “guidance only” despite advertising dispatch in 3 to 5 working days and up to 14 days only for complex prescriptions. When I pressed them on this, they sent a curt email, cancelled my order and told me to go elsewhere.

Ordered and paid on 10 May 2026. After delays, I was informed the frame had broken during glazing and could not be supplied. I requested a refund which was confirmed as processed on 27 May 2026. More than four weeks later no refund had been received despite multiple chaser emails and telephone calls. When I contacted customer services to seek an explanation, my call was terminated. I eventually had to escalate the matter through formal complaints and my card provider.
Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Phone calls impossible, emails seemed rushed and difficult to understand. Very defensive failed to understand my problem. Very unhappy purchase and not willing to rectify the problem. Very poor.

I ordered a reglaze Varifocal package from the company on 2 June. I received an email with an order number and details of their Christmas opening times. No information as to what happens now that I ordered.
I did not receive a box or label to send the glasses off to the company.
On trying to call on their phone line, their phone line is 'out of action' and not taking calls.
On contacting the company by email on 9th June, I was told that I received the wrong email and they had made a mistake and done nothing with regards to my order.
I had asked for a refund but I haven't received any response.
I paid by PayPal so have made a claim via their service.

Ordered a pair of glasses back in early May, had issues with payment, once that was sorted and processed I have not received any communications on timelines regarding delivery despite several enquiries over email and over the phone. Poor customer service and communication. Still not received an update or my glasses.

I have ordered some glasses over 3 weeks ago now. with no response to a delivery date?
I have sent a few emails and tried to call and left messages on the online system. But have had Nil response? Starting to wonder if I have been scammed? will leave it a bit longer before I look to try and recover my costs
Since writing this review I had some response saying that my emails went into there Junk mail folder and they were missed? along with my phone messages??
They asked me to remove my comments on this site, then followed with a email to say they Lenses they received were broken to there was another delay but would be with me early the next week? that was well over two weeks ago and a number of weeks ago and a number of emails sent and no responses again? i am unsure what to do next.
