Appalling Customer Service
These people really do not know what they are doing. Customer service is appalling and I have not even ordered yet. Thank goodness I did not follow though with an online order before speaking to a human because it is so bad, I have avoided actually getting the glasses from them and have the opportunity to purchase from a more competent company instead. Glasses are expensive, so it's not worth dealing with a company like this

Worst optician I have ever used and…
Worst optician I have ever used and would highly advise to avoid. After waiting and chasing my order and with really poor customer communication, I decided to cancel my order. I was then told, my order had been put in the “wrong file “ and would be processed straight away, i then was told my frames were coming from Italy and I need to wait longer. Eventually, I was persuaded to keep them with a discount for the delay. Once they arrived I told the retailer that there was a scratch in the lens and I could not focus on reading as I could see the scratch. After making several complaints I was told I was trying to make a fast one and get a refund for what was perfect glasses. I kept all the comms showing how I had tried to resolve this amicably with the retailer and eventually resorted to the credit card company getting involved. Thank goodness I had all the evidence.I did get Santander to see my point of view and get the refund I ended up having to get the frames reglazed and pay an extra 200 pounds. My suggestion, be very careful of these unprofessional, uneducated and deceptive crooks. I even said Id come to Blackburn to sort things out but I think their is postal address has no physical shop/business and doesn’t exist. Be really careful. Very careful indeed.
Ps I expect a response back from the retailer accepting no responsibility as they have done with other complainants below. Which will prove my point that they are truly unprofessional. Don’t understand what customer obsession is and totally in denial.
I waited for over a month for my glasses and update
I waited for over a month for my glasses to be delivered and when I received them today it was a completely different pair from what I had ordered. Update, I had spoken to the company at the end of May and I sent the glasses back to them and they were to send out the correct pair and give a 20% refund, fast forward to today and I have chased several times for an update, some emails and calls even going unanswered and I have no idea what is happening with my order now due to there bad communication. It has been 2 months since I placed my order and this has been a dreadful service.

Super quality lenses as per usual and quick delivery. My go-to optician. The staff was very helpful and competent and they are also much more cheaper than other online opticians I've tried, what's not to like. Can highly recommend.

I had to claim my money back via PayPal, so if using this company be sure to use PayPal or a credit card.
They delivered glasses with a damaged lens, then stopped responding. Getting hold of them was virtually impossible, so be wary or just not bother and use a high-street retailer.
Don't waste your time on them
Don't waste your time on them; they simply refuse to answer emails. They ignore even the most basic questions that a glasses wearer would need to know before ordering an expensive pair. I believe that if it's this impossible to get in touch with them regarding a general inquiry, it would be just as difficult, if not impossible, to resolve any issues that might arise with the glasses after ordering. Those who don't want to take the risk should not order from them, but from a reliable online optician instead.
Once purchase is done, they turn mute. No delivery date.
Prompt replies from Sales in order to purchasing, once it's done they get muted. Can't provide with a delivery date. Waiting for a pair of glasses for nearly 5 weeks now with no updates. By next week I'll escalate to Tradding Standars as the communication is null from them. Highly not recommended.

They ignore all emails once they receive your money
I receive glasses but the prescription was wrong it was my fault due to bad eyesight because there was no Prescription upload all I wanted was a solution I was willing to pay from my own mistakes but they just ignored my emails. That’s no way to treat customers.

Simple and straightforward order process, quick turnaround
The order process was quite easy. I compared it to a competitor's site that was lacking quite a few parameters in their form so I decided to go with OnlineOpticiansUK.
There was a lack of information about the process around how to post my glasses to them, so I had a couple of days of limbo while I had to wait for the return package to arrive. This could be made more obvious on the website.
However, once posted, they carried out the work and posted back my glasses in a hard case in about a week.
All in all a good experience.
Poor communication
Poor communication, especially if there is something wrong. I had to return my glasses for a refund but got no where when trying to communicate with the company. Now having to try to get the money back via my payment method instead. Avoid.
Brilliant glasses at a great price
Brilliant glasses at a great price. Online ordering was easy and there are lots of really useful guides and information on the website. What was really useful is they provide examples of what different companies prescriptions look like and what numbers go where. Did have a problem making the payment but spoke to them on the phone and easily sorted. They asked for an email copy of my prescription so they could double check which was good. Only a week between placing the order and glasses arriving, including the delay for the payment problem so very impressed. Now Ive been able to try and check the basic glasses, I'm placing another order for the same but with added extras to the lenses.
Poor aftercare
My cycling glasses developed a problem- one lense fell out of the insert and was lost. I called and emailed requesting a replacement only to be told to send the glasses back. I asked if I could order and pay for a replacement insert several times over several weeks. No response, no call back. Disappointed.
The glasses I got was with very cheap quality to narrow focus for reading
The glasses I got was having very narrow focus they are no pleasant when reading. The other par to see far away never came. I contact the company writing to them but now its more than 24hr with out response. I ordered together the to par glasses. And I got only one bad coordination. And the quality is Chinese quality but the price is pretty english. In the order confirmation there is not order number but in the post from Royal post is only a number so if you tell them what er you missing you have no order number so I don't know if I get , I glasses. This is tipical for poor leadership. They grow to fast, but they don't build capacity only extract the money.
