Really nice quality glasses that arrived on time (once I was able to clarify what that time was)

The only criticism - make it clear what lenses have a longer lead time, I went for a blue light filter only (no prescription), which attracted rhe longer lead time, but the wording implied that was only for actual prescriptions.

I didnt mind waiting and I am happy with the glasses and how they look.

I am very happy with the quality and price of the glasses I bought and pleased with the service I received. Although the order took slightly longer to fulfil than I anticipated, I would recommend Online Opticians UK to anyone and will be happy to use them again in the future. Many thanks to you all.

Their website contains clear and easy to follow information for choosing and ordering glasses. The choice is varied and the prices are reasonable. They are the only supplier I have found that offers special lenses/lens coatings for drivers and I have found those excellent in use. Their despatch and delivery service is efficient and they were happy to deliver to our address in France.

Very good prices, so thought I would give them a try. The order process is simple, and I had a quick confirmation email, but there is no way to track progress online, so after 10 days I chased via email. The delivered product is fine and a sturdy case.

It took over a month to get my order but considering the price and quality id use them again.

I was delighted with the service. A straighforward portal to navigate and good quality work done quickly. I have mow used the company to re-glaze three pairs of glasses and have no hesitation recommending them.

Glasses never arrived, seller singulaly unhelpful, ignoring emails etc. Had to initiate a dispute through PayPal and got my £300 back after months of waiting. Do NOT trust this seller.

UPDATE: its a pity that the owner of the site puts less effort into replying to emails and refund requests then he does stroppy replies to honest reviews on here. The games up pal. Initially i was happy when I received the glasses. However I had an issue with them and have been trying to contact the company for a month now. I have been ringing them, all you can do is leave a message and sending a lot emails but nobody gets back to you. Please avoid this company, this is the worst customer service I have ever had

no reply to emails or phone calls and no glasses! awful company who still have my money months later! should have read the other reviews.

Excellent company..They re-glazed & refurbished a favourite pair of glasses for me.. Ordering new lenses was easy, fill in the form, they send a postal bag, sent frames off, they were back within a couple of weeks.Their prices are fair. I would highly recommend this company, especially if you’re of older years🙂

Wasn’t sure what to expect ordering glasses online but absolutely delighted with my glasses! Easy to enter prescription details and measurements given for frames helped make a good choice. I just wanted some bifocals for sewing and watching tv at same time and didn’t want to pay the prices my optician would charge.

I should have read the reviews of others before ordering from this website. 3 weeks after an order for simple varifocals, I have not received my glasses (which I desperately need) or any order updates. Requests for information have been ignored or met with defensive, stroppy responses. Awful after spending £400.

UPDATE: the tone of this company's correspondence is singularly bad. See the response below calling me 'disgusting' for leaving bad reviews fro bad companies like his. I had to press hard to get them to cancel my order after 3 weeks of sitting on their hands. They wanted to charge me 70% of the cost! Still no refund. Dispute opened.
