I had Paula come out to fix my gate and he did a good job, made sure everything was okay before leaving. It’s an old gate that had broken in the wind and dropped. He levelled out my stones so it was a lot smoother to move my gate and also put some WD40 on the bolts so it was easier to lock my gate, He also made sure the gate was nice and secure so that my dog couldn’t get out. Very polite

Fantastic service, every time I need need a job done like the smoke alarm non stop going off to the carpets and floors being replaced in a day because we were moving tenants in the next day.
We even got a whole house prepped painted and ready in 2 days after tenants left the house in a stinky mess.

All sounds great , the reality is its an absolute mess. Its selling point of An account manager will look after you , keep in touch, be a go to contact is simply not true. Ive never had to chase up jobs , liase back to the tenants , rechase for jobs when contractors dont show up, to make matters worse you then get unjoined up invoicing in my case x2 different invioces with same number and inconsistant quotes in between, wrong demands ,never told when new emails commence by IT.
Best bit just this week account manager hadnt a clue ref my urgent request on Monday.
Once you tally up the keen prices your better off going back to the estate agents and let them just get on with managing your property.
This company needs people who have been either landlords or property managers.

Locksmith was very friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable with him in our home to help us fix our door lock.

He came a first time to firstly secure the door as the lock was entirely broken but at short notice didn’t have all of his tools to finish the job.

We re-arranged another date with him to come back and he came back and has done a really good job.

Very happy with his work.

I was really happy with the service provided by these guys after I had a roofing/slipped tile issue and I would be more than happy to recommend On The House to anyone.

Our boiler broke down a couple of weeks ago. They came out asap as I was worried I would be stuck with no heating or hot water going into winter. The gentleman who came was a credit to the company and fixed everything within a couple of hours. Really fantastic, professional service and I recommend them to anyone
