Second time using their service after I sold my property This time last year. I had no hesitations coming back and using them again, this time for buying, went with their plus otion and followed Ollie's advise, my searches were ordered promptly and had another 5 star experience.

Great experience, special mention to Ollie, as I had my reservations when initially engaging, however, to his credit, i had a great experience with the assigned firm, would highly reccomend and will definitely use again.

My husband and I chose to approach Onthemoov.co.uk to help up find a solicitor for the sale of our flat.

Ollie at Onthemoov introduced us to Hutchins & Co Solicitors to handle the sale of our East London flat. We were assigned Senior Solicitor Salem Akande, who managed the entire process over several months. Whenever we had questions, we felt confident approaching Salem, as he understood our situation and handled the exchange and completion with remarkable ease. We developed a strong rapport with Salem and trusted he would successfully guide us through the entire process, which he did—and for that, we are very grateful. We would not hesitate to recommend Hutchins & Co Solicitors and would certainly contact Salem again for any future property sales.

Wasn’t expecting much from conveyancing, but Ollie genuinely made the whole thing feel easy. We’re first-time buyers and were honestly clueless at the start, but Ollie was brilliant. He answered every random question we had and never made us feel silly for asking.

There were a couple of small delays on the searches, nothing major, but Ollie kept us in the loop the whole time, which really helped with the stress. The online system was straightforward and we could see what was happening at every stage. Uploading documents was actually pretty easy, which was a relief.

One thing I really appreciated was the fixed fee, with no last-minute costs, which was a big worry for us. Ollie also sent us this Express Move Pack which meant less faffing about with paperwork than I’d expected.

We ended up moving a week ahead of schedule, which we still can’t quite believe. If you want someone who actually picks up the phone and keeps things simple, I’d definitely recommend Ollie at onthemoov.

Maybe they are great at conveyancing but their website is misleading - prices from £715 sounds interesting but it doesn't include anything but legal fees so expect £1600 (not including VAT or Stamp Duty) and no commitment to a swift completion even with the premium package. Anyone remember service level agreements?
Contrary to Onthemoov's claim that quoting fees only is the industry norm, they were the only firm of more than a dozen I contacted to take that approach, which was what prompted my review.

Both Ollie and also Hutchins solicitors were great. Very professional and helpful throughout. I'm very grateful and will use them again for sure.

Was a little sceptical going online after speaking with my estate agent, but once I spoke with Ollie he gave me the reassurance I needed to move forward and I am very pleased I did, the quote was around £1k less than my local solicitors and the service was great.

Instructed at the end of February and completed at the start of May, so all in all it was a little over 8 weeks, Ollie was a great support and I couldn't recommend his company any more, both the law firm and the survey company he put me in touch with were excellent value for money.
