Hi Phillis,

Thanks for leaving us a candid review. We apologize for our payout scheme if it hasn't worked in your favor. We pay out panelists after they've reached $10 in the previous month's period. So, for example, if you reach $10 by January 31, you'll be paid out on March 1. Our average panelist qualifies for around 1 in 4 surveys, but this varies based on a lot of user-supplied information like household income, profession, employment status, age, gender, and more. Our clients typically define those criteria so we don't always have control of who qualifies.

Thanks for leaving us a review. We value you as a panelist. While most of our surveys are geared towards currently employed individuals, we do have general consumer studies for which a retired/semi-retired individual may qualify. Granted, this is not the bulk of our work, but we do offer such opportunities.

We apologize for the month-long delay in payments but we strive to give our clients the best data possible while curtailing any possibility of fraud. To this effect, we don't pay out as quickly as some other survey companies but we try to reward our panelists with better incentives for their participation. We're looking into other payment options at the moment but we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi PK,

Thanks for leaving us your honest feedback. We understand that it can be frustrating not knowing the status of your completed survey attempt. To that effect, we are implementing an update soon that will clarify the status and assign it a category: "Accepted," "Pending," or "Rejected." This hopefully should clear up any confusion about survey statuses. In general, we do not personally (unless it is a full service project) validate individual responses--this is up to the client. They review the data and let us know which unique responses were accepted. Then we can in turn credit our panelists. We don't get credited for rejected data.

Please stay tuned. It's panelists like you that keep our panel awesome and provide the valuable insights that make Opinions4Good a great market research company.
