Great Survey Platform!
Although I don't qualify often, when I am able to complete a survey, the pay is very good. I like that I only have to have $10 to get a payout and it is automatically deposited into my paypal account.

We try to reward our panelists appropriately for their insights. We don't want to waste anyone's time with a $0.25 opportunity! Our average survey reward is climbing and is currently over $4. too many errors
too many errors
constantly when I click a link for a survey, I get the message that "there was a problem loading the survey", I've given up on contacting support, they are worthless and don't try to help, they always "blame" the client... so if its a client putting surveys into op4g, where is the QA team to assure that the survey works? Thus op4g is a poor survey panel

Thanks for giving us some feedback with your review.
That message can be issued to users who have already attempted a given survey with another panel website. Sometimes survey opportunities are issued across multiple platforms in order to fill a sample size. And while Op4G sends out invitations to its panelists, the client is programming the survey and hosting it off-platform. We do full-service studies that are hosted solely on our platform as well, but off-platform studies are much more common.

We are working on some platform updates that will allow us to better target our members with survey opportunities relevant to them. However, right now, our average panelist typically qualifies for about 1 in 4 surveys. Keep in mind: the best way to maximize your chances is to respond to survey invitations as quickly as possible! Surveys have sample quotas and once they are filled, the survey closes.

As many ties as I've tried to qualify for their survey's, it NEVER happens, seems like a waste of time to even attempt to qualify. I think out of 200 I've qualified for 3

We are currently reworking our targeting strategy to better issue surveys for which our panelists will qualify. On average, our panelists typically qualify for around 1 in 4 surveys. However, there are certain factors that can make qualification more difficult (for example, most of our surveys are related to US markets). If you ever need to update your demographic information (for example, if you moved or your employment status has changed), please email us at support@op4g.com. This may help you qualify for additional survey opportunities.

Clients often need very specific samples which contain criteria of region, gender, income level, education level, and job description--so being screened out is always a possibility! Thanks for sticking with it. We are working on better targeting panelists with surveys for which they'll be more likely to qualify.

Op4G's system is extremely buggy
Op4G's system is extremely buggy. I submitted several completed survey, yet I am frequently getting error messages stating there's system error, and my completed survey failed to show up in my "completed survey" log. I am NOT expecting my completed survey to be approved any time soon, but the completed survey should at least show up in my completed survey log. After your IT investigation, it was confirmed I did complete those surveys. IT promised to credit my account for for the missing dollars. However, three weeks later, IT has not done anything to correct the error despite my repeated requests for help from Op4G support. In addition, OP4G support is clueless about the issues I brought up, and keep giving me irrelevant answers that have nothing to do with my inquiry and request. It's has been extremely frustrating working with OP4G support and IT
