In terms of qualifying for surveys, we understand that it can be disappointing when our panelists get screened out of opportunities. Our average panelist qualifies for around 1 in 4 surveys attempted but this number can vary based on demographic data and our clients' current research aims. We are currently restructuring our invitation targeting process, so stay tuned for platform updates. We urge you to keep trying!

We are currently in a development cycle, the result of which will hopefully allow us to better pinpoint target panelists with survey opportunities we are more assured they will qualify for. Currently, an average panelist qualifies for about 1 in 4 surveys. This can vary though depending on income level, occupation, age, and other factors. Our clients have very diverse requirements in terms of their market research goals.

They are a legitimate business I had thought they paid on the following month after you had reached the payout level not understanding it would be the following month but they do payout on or before the 1st not a bad way to make a little extra every month.

Hey there Keith!
Thanks for the updated review. We love resolving issues for panelists. The payment schedule can admittedly be a little confusing given that sometimes there is a delay in surveys being credited because they undergo review for quality by our clients. The rewards in excess of $10 for a given month's *credited* surveys get paid out on the last day of the following month. However, we always attempt to be as clear as possible with our panelists so they understand when they'll be paid out. To that end, we are implementing an update sometime in early 2020 that will dynamically update the payout date on your dashboard rather than just informing panelists that the next pay date in general (for all users who qualify) is the first day of the next month.
