Great customer service, faster transaction times and better rates
Roumyana has been very helpful and empathetic, she went above and beyond to stay over her shift to assist us when we desperately needed to transfer money to secure property purchase.
After assisting us, she mentioned that she would pick up another customer's call as she could see they were waiting in the queue for long. It was way after Opal’s closing times.
Opal wasn't our prime money transfer platform, we mainly used our bank until we realised using Opal is cheaper, much faster and gives better rates.
The customer service is probably the best.
Opal is very fortunate to have Roumnyana, she is thorough, professional and absolutely customer focused!
