I bought sunglasses as a christmas gift (early December). They sent me a link that wasn’t the correct one as it was sent abroad and therefore never got notification for the parcel, and ended up missing the delivery date. The email interaction was positive, always answering in a polite way and seemed very helpful. However, it has been 4 months since the purchase and I never received the order or refund even though 2 months ago they agreed on that. On top of it, nobody answers the phone. Terrible experience

After a problem with my original order I contacted customer services and I was replied to you and the problem was resolved. I will always order from you as I have done several times in the past.

Items ordered for 16th birthday present, order made on 27th Feb, despite being advised items send still not received, I have followed up with royal mail tracking who advised they have never received the item and referred me back to the store. Despite emailing and speaking with the team I am none the wiser. I was promised a callback yesterday from Optical Express Customer Services before 4pm which I have not yet received. Once again I have followed up this morning, happy to update this review if the parcel turns up in time for the 16th birthday but at the moment I am not holding my breath. 10.03.25 items now received, thanks to John in customer services for ensuring the replacement items were delivered on time.
