Avoid at all costs. The frames sent made my vision blurry and the same for my brothers pair. Customer service is non-existent, they claim that there must be a discrepancy on your professional prescription! AVOID AT ALL COST!

14 days after ordering reading glasses, still not even dispatched, sent 3 emails with no reply, very weak prescription i can buy from any shop over the counter,
just want refund , still no reply

I found this company really difficult to deal with. I received a heavily scratched pair of expensive designer sunglasses. I sent pictures immediately to the service team. It took TWO FURTHER WEEKS for them to even inform me about their return process! I had to call and email multiple times before finally getting a response. Not sure what is happening at the company. Would never purchase from them again due to faulty items and poor return service.

Great glasses just the job

The sunglasses ordered took a few weeks to deliver (I wasn't in a particular hurry) due to stock issues. However, the support and level of customer service received from John in terms of updates and communication was excellent! They're a great pair of glasses and delayed gratification is something which has maybe been lost over time with the quick delivery times we've become accustomed to!

Made a order for some Burberry Sunglasses. Everything was going OK untill dispatch. I used next day delivery at check out at a cost of 6.99. 3 days on and all the tracking says is "awaiting item from sender" so first I want my refund for my next day delivery 6.99 and where are my Sunglasses cause royal mail haven't received them????still no reply to my emails and message on here. The contact number i tried to ring just says we are closed even the the recorded message says lines are open 9am till 5pm monday to friday but when u ring its say we are currently closed. Terrible customer service. I want to know where my sunglasses are and i want a refund for my next day delivery charge thats now turned into 5 days. Contacted Customer services again and they refused to refund my 6.99 next day delivery charge. Shambles of a a company aviod. Took 5 days to arrive.
