Optum medical firmly know as Caremount medical is one of the worst medical facilities. First you can not get an appointment if you are sick I guess there moto is once you see the doctor nothing should ever happen to you until your next appointment and heave forbid you go get sick or get hurt and go to there urgent care the have no doctors there is PA there and most are rude nasty and not well verse on his yo treat people and to say nothing about there bedside matter. They are constantly saying thank for letting us help you with your health care needs but that is just a way of them making you think they really care. They are say you have an advocate and a medical team that if you have problem you can talk to them there is no advocate there to help you and no treatment team you know what that is you regular physician that is it and you are real luck if you even get a call back if you do send a message through that bullshit my chart they have. And the representatives that answer the phone most are rude and disrespectful and when you give it back they do not like it. So I say people we have to stand up and stop give our support to people that donot respect us or care about us. As long as we keep giving them our medical dollars they will continue to treat us like we donot matter. I know change can be hard but we deserve better than this.
