Thank you, Opto Glasses a fantastic Repair a deep clean on the lens and the glass, they look as good as new. They’ve attached the left arm of the glasses and that looks sturdy. I know I need to upgrade my glasses and I will and thank you for my personalised glass cleaner with my name on it.

Very rarely would I take the time to write a review but i have genuinely been blown away by this company. My experience started with an instant quote to my enquiry, a snapped arm on two pairs of sunglasses. I was very sceptical as the price for repair seemed too good to be true but opted to take the risk. I purchased the service, paid for postage and within 2 days received confirmation the glasses had been received and repairs had been completed. By day 3 (today) I have just received my sunglasses back and I'm over the moon with just how good the repair is. Not only have the arms been repaired (which you'd only know if it was pointed out) but they've repaired, strengthened and sorted other small issues to the point they are back to looking as good as new. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great repair
Sent glasses through royal mail on Friday and had them back on the Wednesday. Brilliant service. The repair very good. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My glasses were snapped in half I contacted opto glasses repair they confirmed to me the glasses were repairable,I sent them off on Monday morning they emailed me on Tuesday to tell me the glasses had been received and the repair was underway and on Wednesday I received my glasses back as good as new,

I can’t recommend these guys enough. I managed to mangle my glasses recently and thought they were a goner, but the team here sorted them out in no time. First time I’ve used a service like…
First time I’ve used a service like this. The monofilament holding a lens in my semi-framed glasses broke. I sent them special delivery and 4 days later they came back, looking great, like a new pair of specs. Very happy with communication. The only downside is that they are returned using tracked postage, so they are only insured for £75. My varifocals cost more than 4 times that.

100% recommend
100% recommend. Glasses came back looking new. Bent arms straightened, broken hinge repaired and cleaned. Fast repair, kept updated on status and reasonably priced. I'm useless at looking after glasses, usually sitting on them or falling asleep with them on, even the dog chewed them once, so no doubt I'll be using them again at some point but very happy to do so.

Highly recommended glasses repair
The customer service was excellent, they provided me with the information requested within 2 hours of sending the enquiry and then replied throughout the day.
The price was much cheaper than several of their competitors. I had two pairs of glasses repaired at the hinge, they sent them back within a few days.
The glasses were also cleaned, and provided with some maintenance as part of the price. The glasses were returned sealed and well packaged, they also included a free personalised cleaning cloth, which was a very nice touch.
I would highly recommend them in the future.

Most amazing repair!
My wife broke her glasses, and she has had them for many years and loves them, so I had to find somewhere to repair them. I came across this service and, at first, I was a bit sceptical, but I decided to give it a try.
The results were A M A Z I N G. They fixed the glasses, included a special gift for my wife, and even added new holders. I have never seen this kind of service before.
I totally recommend this service!!!

Outstanding service – unbelievably fast!
I honestly can’t believe how good the service from OPTO Glasses Repair was. I posted my broken glasses on Saturday and had them fully repaired and back with me by Wednesday — incredibly fast and completely hassle-free.
Communication was excellent throughout. They even kept me updated via WhatsApp so I always knew what was happening with the repair.
The repair itself is perfect and my glasses look as good as new. To top it off, they included a lovely unexpected extra — a personalised eyeglass cleaner with my name on it, which was a really nice touch.
It’s rare to find service this good these days. If you’ve broken your glasses, just send them a photo by WhatsApp or email and they’ll get back to you quickly.
