Absolutely outstanding service . I thought my glasses were beyond repair after the bridge snapped, but Opto fixed them perfectly. The communication was brilliant from start to finish, the turnaround was incredibly quick, and the price was very reasonable. A transparent, professional and genuinely wonderful company. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the repair by Opto Glass Repair. I sent the eyeglasses on a Monday by first class post and they messaged me to say they arrived the next day (Tuesday), on Wednesday I received another note saying the work had been completed and they arrived the next day (Thursday). Repaired, cleaned and shipped carefully with a new glass cloth. And at a third of the price of a High St optometrist.

The turnaround time was excellent. I posted these on Wednesday and I had them back by the Saturday. Fabulous service. Definitely saved me a few hundred pounds buying a new set of glasses with expensive lenses.

I couldn’t recommend this service more. 10/10!!!! They got my glasses on Tuesday and it was back with me on Thursday. My glasses looking brand new again.

Process was straightforward and speedy.

I was reluctant to use an online service as I wanted to go into a store and have my designer glasses repaired but the speedy, professional service Opto provided exceeded my expectations. Glasses repaired perfectly. Will definately use the service again

Absolutely brilliant. What acdelight to find an organisation that works so well in every way.
The website is simple but very effective. I sent photos off for an assessment of my broken glasses and got a human written note back identifying the price to repair. I sent them off the next day and got an acknowledgement of receipt the day after. Another 12 hours or so later they reported the job complete and 12 hours after that I received them back! Faultless repair - as new. And the cleanest since the day I bought them. Well packaged too.
Quite expensive compared to the cost of parts but radically cheaper than replacing the glasses - which had just passed the expiry date of the insurance I bought with them.
I was very impressed and quite delighted. I takes a lot to get me this excited. Well done.

It is not often that I feel that I need to write a review but Opto Glass Repair absolutely deserve the credit for great customer service.
I posted my glasses on Monday and I write this on Thursday having just received them back, repaired, cleaned and with two personalised cloth cleaners with my name on, a very nice touch Opto team.
Given they are an expensive pair of glasses I was nervous sending them to a business I had never heard of before needing their services, but I got three emails updating me on progress and it makes the whole experience so much better.
The repair looks good too, thanks for a top job !
