Opul Nails is UK-based and our team is in the UK, but depending on stock availability, some orders can be dispatched from abroad to fulfil demand. We should communicate that more transparently, and I’m feeding your comments back internally.

I’m really sorry to hear this - and I’d like to reassure you straight away: Opul Nails is not a scam. We take customer satisfaction seriously, and we’re replying here as quickly as possible to help resolve this with you.

Regarding your order: the item you purchased was a pre-order, which is why it hasn’t been delivered yet. This is clearly stated in multiple places before checkout (on the product images, on the collection/product pages, and again in the basket/cart).

We haven’t received any email from you on our side.
Your order also does not include an email address, which means we’re unable to contact you directly.

Please email us at contact@opulnails.com so we can assist you further.

Thank you for your update. I’m sorry this has been so frustrating.

To clarify your question: I was able to find your order details because the order is under your full name. I then ran the same checks in our inbox using your first name, surname and order number, and no emails came through on our side - which is why nothing showed up for us to reply to. Please be assured, customer satisfaction is our priority and no request is ever intentionally ignored or put to one side. If we had received your email, we would have responded.

Regarding the phone numbers: you’re correct to flag this. As mentioned, the phone number shown on the website is no longer active and we are addressing this. The number used for order confirmations is an external messaging number (automated), so it can’t receive calls or texts.

Thank you for letting us know you’ve now been refunded by your bank. If you still need anything from our side (confirmation, documentation, or further support), please contact us directly at contact@opulnails.com and we’ll help you.
