I had an ordo flosser for Christmas and I love it, it stopped working unfortunately but ordo replaced it very quickly

If you don't live in the UK, do NOT buy it. The customs charge will be incredibly high. For one toothbrush and delivery to the EU, I got ripped off for another 45€. I tried contacting the customer service to get my order cancelled, and they completely ignored my email. No help or advice whatsoever.

In terms of usage, if you live in the EU, just buy one made here or with no customs charge. This one is really not worth the hype or the extra cost.

I am still awaiting resolution to my issue. Since Wednesday 6th May I’m trying to make meaningful contact with this company. They did (after I posted my annoyance on Instagram!) contact me at the weekend briefly but since then not a word despite several emails from me. My parcel has not been delivered to me and I spent €252.76. What is going on with this company. No phone number no way of having any meaningful contact. My parcel has sat in the courier for a week and will be returned to ORDO today. No contact. No way of requesting REFUND. People! AVOID THIS COMPANY !! I’m stick in limbo

Absolute game changer. Great brushes I have the rose gold and elephaba (with witch hat) which I use for travel and is absolutely awesome so cute. I use toothpaste and mouthwash and they all work really well for me. The only thing I would say I didn't read the instructions I thought the mouth was was a sample and had an undiluted mouthful which I regretted fairly quickly - really strong even when diluted.

Inconsistency with occasional missing as well as incorrect size of items

Delivery was quick. Very easy to order on website.
Super tooth brush it has made a huge difference to my daily cleaning my teeth feel really clean. My dentist has even noticed a difference.

Simple website to navigate - found the item I was looking for. Costs are reasonable.

I had ordered the wrong brushes, but it was on the understanding they were universal. So my mistake but the brushes were in perfect order and early delivery.

Returned my item twice because it flagged my address as “invalid” even though I literally live there and have had numerous packages successfully delivered. When I asked for support on this I received zero assistance. There was no phone number to actually talk to a real person, only an email. This is a tactic these companies use so that they can avoid complaints and taking accountability as much as possible- an email makes it easier for them to ignore their customers. I was told to “use another address”… most people don’t have a second address??? This is where I live?? I then asked for a refund, after my item got returned a second time, and it took twice or three times of asking for them to finally do it. I ordered this item and didn’t get it resolved until over 3 weeks after the fact. It was a gift for someone for a special occasion that had passed LONG ago by the time I finally got the refund.

I bought the Ordo Lite Sonic Toothbrush and was pleased with the product. It lasted a long time between charges and used a USB C charging cable.
When it stopped charging, I contacted Ordo through the Amazon and they replaced with new.
Very happy with the service 👍

Fast dispatch and my daughter loves her new brush. A real incentive for her to clean her teeth.

I bought a rechargeable kids brush. The brush itself is great and the battery lasts a long time. However, you can't buy the small head it comes with it separately. You have to get a larger head to replace it when it wears out. This seems like a fail to me, and the larger head is a bit awkward for my child.
The replaceable head only comes in one colour as well, so it's hard for children to share a brush as the heads all look the same.
Overall, it has a lot of potential, but fails in the details.
