Unfortunately Amazon delivery let's my experiences with you down. The ordering with you was easy and I was really looking forwards to my order but being I am at my caravan Amazon struggled with this. My order was left somewhere else and I wasnt told where other then a picture of my order with some old van. I had help from Sarah from Ordo she resent order round two delivery times kept changing had a phone call nowhere near, then text to say issues with delivery then turn up much later we had words.
But very happy with ordo help and my order in the end.

Not good customer service
Not good customer service, bought a replacement head didn’t fit and I was told I could send it back. Refused to refund, wouldn’t buy from this company again.

Bad construction, difficult to open it for cleaning
Only positive side is it's powerful (when the filling hole is open). Nothing else. Bad construction, the seals are so tight, so no air can go to the reservoir making vacuum and losing power very quickly at2/3rd of the level. Need to keep open the filling hole cap allways to work properly, but the water is leaking from there. Very difficult to disassemble it for cleaning. Very difficult to clean it if manage to open it at all. Too many sharp angles inside and pockets trapping dirt. Very strange and wrong decision to keep inside second nozzle always in touch with the water. It's with tight air seals inside, but very weak seals from outside, so the water can go to the wires and it start working from it self, spraying with leftover water everywhere. The command buttons are not very well placed. After less than year the plastic change the colour. Overpriced as well especially for this low quality. It's cheaper, more reliable and better constructed alternatives on the market.
