It is highly inappropriate to label a business as a "scammer" simply because you failed to follow the clear payment instructions provided on our website.

As an international company processing hundreds of orders weekly, we have a standardized automated system. Our website explicitly states that the order number (Reference Number) must be included in the payment description. Without this reference, we cannot match an incoming bank transfer to a specific order. Here is why your claim is invalid:

Identification: Bank transfers often do not show the full sender's name, or the payment is made by a different person than the one who placed the order.

Volume: With hundreds of transactions, it is impossible to guess who sent a specific amount without a reference number.
