The ordering process was somewhat simple but your chat feature leaves much to be desired. I inquired (based on your product promotion) what constitutes the size of a grape. Your site says that you absorb 500mg of magnesium with a portion "the size of a grape" Your representative simply said it was 6oz, and she said it twice when I mentioned the description on the site. Now I doubt that I need to use the entire jar to absorb 500 mg of mag. After 2 tries, I simply gave up with your chat rep. I decided to order the product anyway and I will continue to try to understand how much the size of a grape is in a more acceptable form of measurement;

This is the second time I've ordered Phyris products from this company and thank goodness they have them, because they are nearly impossible to find elsewhere. Couldn't believe how quickly my products arrived, in perfect condition, at a very reasonable price. Also great communication before and after delivery. I am very happy with the product and also appreciate your communication about my order. The shipping fees are a bit breath-taking. After the US/Canadian conversion and then the steep shipping fee, a $50 sunscreen (albeit a most excellent one) cost me $100+. Any way around that fee?

The product I had ordered was on back order for almost 2 months. HOWEVER, someone reached out to me via email and asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to wait for my product. This was only a few days after I ordered. I told them no, I would wait. It was on back order everywhere else anyways and I had already given my business to this consumer. I was very pleased with receiving that email and I thought it was very thoughtful of a suggestion. I waited and now my product is on it's way. I received a shipping confirmation right away. I will definitely order from here again. Good things are worth the wait. Honest business' are worth your purchase. Very pleased with the service and communication. Thank you!!
