I placed an order for two items. Only one was received with a note the other was back ordered and it was the item I really wanted. There is no indication of an anticipated ship date and it did not indicate it was back ordered when I placed the order.

your prices are fair. i like that.
however, it was imposible for me to get to the amount of money that will benefit me with a free shipping. i dont like to spend money on shipping, so im usually buying another small thing that covers the shipping.
another thing, is i expect mesenger on the chat to be redy to help and unswer my questions. i felt im not getting the help i needed.

Easy enough, wide variety

I’ve been ordering from here for over a year and I’ve always had a nice experience. Ordering is easy, shipping is fast and the product is incredible. Have recommended others to try this store and they are new customers.

Easy accesses and fast shipping! I tried the travel size first to test it out because my skin is super sensitive. Had no issues and so I bought the larger sizes. I was using another brand which was great, but needed something stronger. This has been pretty on my skin!

I understand the times we are currently in but shipping has taken way too long. Not only that, but you’re pretty much left in the dark about when your items will ship until they actually do. There’s no way to check the status of your order. One of the items I ordered is apparently back ordered but that wasn’t disclosed anywhere on the website otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it. I haven’t yet received my items so I don’t know that they’re even legit but this whole process has seemed sketchy so upon receiving my items, I’ll stick to only shopping with ACTUAL authorized retailers.

UPDATE: response to the company’s reply: no, you did not give me an option for refund for the back ordered item.

2ND UPDATE: I received my refund for the back ordered item and received my other 2 items by mail which I am pleased about. However, they will not stop emailing me about editing my review and I don’t like that.

Haven't been using the product to see much improvement, but the product gives me just the right amount of moisture. Not too heavy, but not too light. A little goes a long way.

I ordered 5 of the same product and unfortunately there was a shortage. I'd contacted to be advised about this and it was suggested to replace the missing ones with another very similar product by the same brand. I was very impressed at the suggestion and definitely went forward with the order. Thank you!
