Hi quality puzzles, lovely motives and best customer service. We finished a puzzle on our holiday, only to notice that we have lost two pieces. Within a week of filling out the “Missing Pieces” form on OJC website, they arrived together with a lovely note. And this at no cost, other than asking for a very small charity contribution. Keep it up guys!

Amazing customer service, the jigsaws are such good quality. Lovely, lovely little company.

I had an issue with my puzzle. A quick email and a quick response later, I was blown away by the effort to make it right.

I have done over 700 puzzles from dozens of mainstream and independent brands (yes, I record them on a spreadsheet!). I can honestly say I've never experienced a resolution like it. I can't even get a replacement piece from most brands who promise that service, never mind a free puzzle when something goes wrong!

Original Jigsaw Co are the top end of the cardboard puzzle market. Yes, they are expensive compared to other jigsaws. The thing is, you're not buying a regular Ravensburger or Jumbo. Not even Elena Essex, LKP, or Magic Puzzle. The closest in quality is probably Ordinary Habit which are more expensive and frankly have weird artwork.

For true jigsaw fans who appreciate quality and well thought designs, they are definitely worth the price. No false fits, no dust, fits together perfectly, lovely soft finish, big poster with explanation of the design, and an accompanying soundtrack with some designs.

Well worth the money. I've just bought 4 more and I can't wait for the new designs to be released

Beautiful puzzles, challenging and fun. They even got my grandchildren to put down their electronic devices and join in. A bonus.

I have bought 5 jigsaws for members of my family as presents. My son and his girlfriend really enjoyed doing theirs first which made me want one and so on! We are planning to swop them around amongst ourselves. The puzzles are challenging and the designs are fun and really intricate. It’s good brain exercise and addictive enough to get me off my phone haha their customer service is the best I’ve come across in a long time. Ben was very quick to respond when I emailed him about some missing pieces and immediately sent a replacement puzzle. I can’t wait to order another one and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Had a Christmas present 'thank you for the music' The puzzle was so well.made and having a sound track was fantastic. It takes away old the sayings a jigsaw is for old people. This was a jigsaw for the modern people. I was so impressed ordered another one, but by accident ordered the wrong size. Customer service was great. Prompt replies and sorted out the problem really quickly

I purchased ‘The Show Must Go On!’ for my mum at Christmas and she loved seeing all the different musicals as she made it. Unfortunately she had a piece missing so I contacted the company and promptly received a reply from Ben.
After filling in a form I was told they would replace the piece for free.
Typically, my mum found the piece the next day so I cancelled my request but I have to say what a lovely response from a lovely uk company.
I shall be ordering more puzzles for my puzzle-mad mum knowing that if she misplaces a piece they will happily provide a replacement.

Missing puzzle piece and the replacement piece was a good fit but the image wasn't quite right. The issue can't be rectified so the extremely helpful Ben is arranging for a new puzzle to be sent out....what absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you so much.

A jigsaw I bought for my mother as a Christmas present had a significant number of pieces missing. Within 24 hours of submitting a message on the website, Ben was in touch, advising that a full replacement would be sent as a priority.
Also very apologetic which is unusual these days.
So, not good about the missing pieces but brilliant customer service

A really tough ‘impossible’ Christmas puzzle. It wasn’t quite impossible but it was very tough! We had a missing piece. The company posted it out to us fast as you like. We loved the puzzle and love the company. Highly recommend!

My daughter gave me, as a Christmas present, one of your jigsaws entitled "Kings and Queens of England", I was delighted. It was challenging but a pleasure to do. Sadly five pieces were missing. I contacted Customer Service and without any problems whatsoever they were replaced within seven days. The very kind gentleman, Ben, was all over it immediately. His empathy and professionalism throughout the process was exemplary. I was extremely impressed with his attitude. This company is brilliant. Thank you very, very much for everything.

The quality of the Original Jigsaw Company’s jigsaws really is second to none. The attention to detail is superb and they really are a delight to complete.
Today I discovered that their customer service is also exceptional. I bought a jigsaw from Vinted as it was sold out on the website and it came without the poster. I contacted Ben, their customer service representative and he got back to me at break neck speed. I was able to purchase a new poster for the princely sum of £2.50 including p&p.
One exceptionally happy customer.

First things first. The puzzle was "Inventions That Changed the World". It was an excellent puzzle and of extremely good quality.
We had a problem in that we lost one piece :-(. pretty certain it fell on the floor and was consumed b y one of our dogs!
All was not lost, The Original Jigsaw Company ca replace missing pieces. That is a very very welcome service. You need to send pictures of where the piece should be inserted, Order No. etc. but it is so easy to do.
The replacement piece arrived quickly and was free!! The company asks for a charitable donation, but this is only a request.

The design on the envelope would make anyone laugh.

We had an incorrect puzzle when opened, Ben was great and solved our problem by sending the correct puzzle FOC. My husband still completed the puzzle without the picture, saying how brilliant the puzzles are as he has now received the correct order.
Thanks Ben for the speedy conclusion.
I shall be buying more puzzles from your company.

We unfortunately didn’t receive our Christmas Puzzle, Ben proactively reached out with solutions in the new year- I didn’t even have to email (it’s been a very busy time!) I’m really impressed with the level of customer care.

I’ve purchased puzzles from the company before and they are beautiful!! The care and consideration for quality is evident.
