I ordered a puzzle for a friend who lives abroad and Ben couldn't have been more helpful, even sorting out a way for me to pay the tax so my friend didn't have to.
She loved it!

Had a minor wobble on a weekend. No probs, they picked up my mail, corrected the mistake and settled my self induced nerves. Now THAT is customer service. 11/10

I love jigsaws and the one I have just bought was such good quality. Everything about it, the illustration and challenge it presented, the quality of the pieces, the bag it came in and the speed I received it. Could not fault the product or the service. Alastair Collie

I ordered the Holy Night jigsaw but it did not arrive. I could see that it had been sent to Royal Mail but no sign of any movement after that. I have had great customer service from Ben and he immediately sent a 2nd one which has arrived today. It us so beautifully made and presented. I am delighted and will definitely use the company again.

For a start, its great to communicate with real people! Had great fun identifying the people in my jigsaw, and have already ordered another great picture.

Honestly couldn't be more impressed! My phone auto-filled (overrode) the wrong delivery address. I emailed them when I realised through the confirmation email and Ben replied pretty much instantly to fix the problem for me.
100/10 for customer care, thank you!

So nice to find a business that has such a good customer service. When I ordered my jigsaw I somehow managed to mixup the delivery address and Royal Mail could not deliver it (even though they tried 3 times?!). Ben from OJC tracked it's progress and provided me with regular updates. We waited for Royal Mail to return it to OJC but after a week it hadn't arrived back so Ben sent me a replacement free of charge to make sure I got it in time for Christmas. The jigsaw itself looks fabulous and I can't wait to try it .... even though it's my mums present! I will be back for more jigsaws in the new year.

A unique company. High quality jigsaw in a unique and stylish bag. Also a large folded picture to help you complete the puzzle.
Excellent dispatch time and great communication. I had to return and exchange my puzzle from a 500 piece to a 1000 piece. It couldn’t have been easier and Ben kept me updated throughout. The replacement arrived promptly. I wish all suppliers were as good as OJC

The company were very understanding about a mistake I had made in my order. I contacted them before the order was dispatched and they promptly corrected my error and gave me the choice of changing my order to another puzzle which had just came back in stock.

Amazing customer service.

What excellent personal service! I pre-ordered the "So Long 2025" puzzle, but then realised that it would arrive whilst we were away on holiday. We didn't want to risk it going astray so I contacted the company to ask if delivery could be delayed. I immediately received a response from Ben, confirming that delivery would be when we had returned home. The puzzle has now safely arrived. How wonderful in this day and age to get such brilliant service. We are fans of the Original Jigsaw puzzles, we have quite a few and are never disappointed Thank you, Ben!!

Recently ordered for a Christmas present - the jigsaws themselves are lovely and unique, a great gift. My order went MIA for a little while - Royal Mails fault not OJC’s - but the Jigsaw Co team helped me anyway, so thank you Ben for your patience and assistance! Fantastic customer service, great quality products, I would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent customer service. I had a query and shortly after had an informative reply. That’s rare and very much appreciated. Robust and sensible packaging. The puzzle is a gift for someone else so I have not seen the end result but I feel very positive that it will be good.

When I ordered the puzzle it was out of stock but i was advised exactly when it would be despatched and it was.
