Message attempts go ignored after they stopped services. I paid for 4 lines of service for 3 months and after one month the service is deactivated. I write to 2 separate Orla TV reps via WhatsApp and still continued to get ignored after several days of no service. I can see they are getting my messages but not being read from their end. They only respond when you set up service in beginning to take your money and after that it’s all down hill.

Purchased 1 year of service, after 1 month it stopped working. the website stated it will work for 12 month + 2 months extra.

I am worried I have been scammed ???
if Orlatv is reading this , please fix d5b37e4e2d account.

Bought a 14 month subscription for two devices worth 100 USD and the services good for the first 2 months and then it expired as they provide one month and said it will renew automatically. Contacted 3 customer service representatives but no response at all.
Its a scam so avoid them at all cost no matter how much they seem nice at the trail order time.

Signed up beginning of November. Already at the beginning after paying they where not very responsive, but after 2/3 service was activated. Since approx. a week channels do not work. List was removed. No response since days. Looks like SCAM

Purchased lifetime subscription and it expired after a few months. They ghosted me.

Bought a 1 year subscription plus 3 months free. First month was great. worked fine. Month 2 subscription expired. Contacted support no response but the service did comeback online. Month 3 same thing subscription expired contact support. No response at all. Absolutely scam. Save your money and use AMBkonnect. Much better provider support is brilliant and no issue

Bought one year subscription and after 3 weeks everything is down, had problems from the start with the service and my channel package, contacted them but no answer for days/week. Eventuly got answer and fixed the problem but only worked for a day. No answer in any chanels from them

I purchased 9 lifetime subs. They lasted 3 months with disconnects at end of each month for several days and now they are all completly non-working. Im the fool who was easily parted with his money. DON'T TRUST!

I bought 12 plus 2 years service and a month later is stopped. Its a scam. I am now waiting for a reply and unfortunately at their mercy. Scammers.
Edit: probably they have seen all these reviews i got a response they extended for a month only evethough I have repeatedly asked for 1 year plus two month as they agreed before they were paid. All changed after you pay anyway.

Yes they were paid 12 months plus two free. Lets wait and see how if it goes and will go further after Jan 6 2026:)))).

Edited Update: Yes only lasted 12 days. The subscriptions are expired. Stay away from orlatv. Seems they shut down their website.
Scammers are on the run after stealing.

Foolish me, I bought a 1 year membership. I made it through month number 1 and, true to their word, they refreshed the lines. It worked great through most of November. The refresh date (11/25) came and the lines expired. This time around, I am getting no response from them when I reach out on WhatsApp. Believe the old adage: if something seems too good to be true, it is. Avoid Orlatv

Service was OK at first, but they have shut down my service after three months and I paid for 12 months + 2 free. What a joke. I tried to reach out at least a dozen times after I lost service and I get no response at all. However, when I tried to sign up for a free trial from a different phone number, they were very prompt and nice once again. DO NOT pay for more than one month at a time with these scam artists.

After 3 weeks i got scammed. I signed up for a year, they seemed nice and were very responsive during a few days of back and forth with hardware and software set up. A couple of weeks went by with flawless streams and I was very happy. Happy enough to upgrade all my devices and a new VPN.

A couple of days later it all comes crashing down. I lose the feeds on my 3 devices and have been ghosted. No responses from support over 2 days and today I notice in my settings that the access codes given expired less than 30 days from initial sign up.

Avoid this scam

Edit: I guess they may have seen this post. The next day they finally responded and fixed the problem, saying it was an update issue. Although the expire date is still 30 days away again…. Saying that is how the system works and it auto renews. I am increasing the rating for now because the streams are perfect with absolutely no buffering.
Will report back after 30 days!

Well, it's confirmed. This site is a scam. As expected, the expiry date came and it went down with no contact since.
BEWARE!!
If you decide you do want to roll the dice and try them.... go month to month. but at that point its way to expensive. Many other options out there.

Paid for a lifetime service and only got 2 months before they cut me off. Stay away and find a real service.

Same as everyone else - great for a few weeks, then service stopped updating & no response from customer service - paid for 3 months & only usable for 1

11/29/2025 - Final Verdict - SCAMMERS. Not sure how many more people will lose their hard earned money. Glad people started reporting on Trust Pilot. Hopefully read Trust Pilot reviews and not some random Reddit post.

11/13/2025 update - Nobody contacted me from Support. I contacted them on their WhatsApp support number again. No response. These guys are definitely scammers. They spend more time replying to Trust Pilot Reviews than actually helping customers with their issues. I am sure some will reply to our reviews in a few days. But will not help solve the real problem.

The service has been down for a month now. Nobody in their support replied to any of my messages. They claim that their service is back online. It’s not true. Mine is still not working. Paid for a year service. Let me see if they contact me and help fix the issue. If they really solve my problem. I will update my feedback and rating.

Nice people until you start having issues. They promise 30 day money back if you're not satisfied. LiE. Once I brought up frequent issues with the EPL not working before the 30 day period and requesting a refund, they stopped the communication. I also had issues with a few channels not working. They will keep your money, basically you have to pray everything works smoothly, because if you have issues with the service you paid for, you're on your own. Not recommended at all. Zero stars

Someone contacted me when I tried to subscribe with a number +212679-088444 and it not the same number you have provided on here and beside that I wanted a year subscription but he did a month for me and said it will renew and update every month is that how ur system works??it updates every month??
