Complete scam
It is a complete scam, the line worked for 2 weeks no issue, I really taught it was amazing, but after two weeks, it started to get unstable, really unstable, to a point where the connection just stopped working completely. Now it just doesn’t work anymore… I’ve contacted the so called tech support who were giving me new lines that were not even connected. After a few days, they started ghosting me, no more communication… Do not waste your hard earned money with them

Great picture quality, audio out of sync, VOD content buggy.
The picture quality from the live TV content is great however the audio is out of sync. I tried using 2 different apps to view the content and it was the same issue on both. I also tried to view the VOD content which had the same issues. It plays 1 video then stops working, says stream error. I currently have 700mbps speeds on my device and a 1gb line on the latest Firestick 4k Max. A couple channels that are important to me don't work either, stream just doesn't start. Promt response when asking for the service but avoidant when reporting problems.

This is for sure my very last service provider. They are truly amazing and easy to work with. Any little kink or problem that has happen so far it is immediately fixed. My contact person is very polite and extremely helpful. I wish I hadn't bought 10 accounts last June or I probably would have purchased all from them. 100% recommended
