Okay
I orderd a custom made necklace on the 24th of February, said it would take up to 9 days until its being shipped. It has now been 14 days and i’m getting no updates and they don’t answer when i say i want a refund.
Would never ever order again
EDIT: After i gave them a bad review they finally decided to take action to the problem, they gave me a 50% refund and the necklace got delivered after a month, 2 weeks late

Great service and great product!
The site was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I tested this company out by purchasing a set of cufflinks for my wedding. They showed up about 9 days later and we're beautiful. Felt sturdy and well made. The support I received from Emma on letting me know timelines for when my order would arrived was very friendly and helpful. I liked the first set purchased that I purchased 6 more sets for my groomsmen as well! Thank you so much for the great pricing and great service! 10/10 would recommend.

Gold necklace with garnet stone
The necklace is beautiful. Delivery was quick too, considering it is a busy time of year. The necklace looks as good ‘in person’ as it does in the photos.
