When I first decided to buy a laser engraver I was kinda scared of not being able to operate it or learn the software. When I searched online the ortur brand always popped up and one day I said the hec with it and order the Lm2 s2. To my surprise it was fairly easy to put together since they have videos on how to on YouTube. With the grbl software it was a little challenging at first and thanks to customer support they was always there to help. Yes you need to wait in between messages, cause of the time difference but they was always there for me and I got to lasering in no time. That software actually helped me to start engraving and made it easy for me to transition onto lightburn. Now I’m on my second ortur. So if you are new to this go for it you won’t be disappointed they will work with you and guide you all the way through.

When I started my woodworking business, I knew that a laser engraver was going to be a worthy investment. When doing research on brands and machines I landed on Ortur and immediately knew it was going to be the right laser for me. I ended up purchasing the LM3 10w laser. I announced that I would be offering personalized items and started making sales with it immediately. I use it on just about every project consisting mainly of cutting boards and charcuterie boards and have now started utilizing its cutting capabilities as well as engaging leather patches for hats. Once you start exploring what these machines are capable of, the options are endless!

Bonjour à tous, je possède à ce jour le Ortur LM3 ainsi que le LU3-20A 20W j'en suis très content du rapport qualité prix , du matériel de pointe, j'aime beaucoup travailler avec les outils Ortur.

Well, I watched so many YouTube videos about laser engravers, I then came to the conclusion that Ortur seemed to be the best option for me and my needs, and yes, I was correct. I now own three Ortur lasers, LM3 10w - LM3 LE 10w+20w and the LM2 S2 Pro, all of my lasers are still working hard and without any problem, I have made hundreds of engravings and still have not needed to adjust any of the belts, the build quality of the LM3 range is excellent, strong and sturdy with amazing accuracy and speed, and as for the customer support, well they are second to none, on the few times that I have had a question to ask, I always got a reply back within 24hrs via email. Keep up the great work that you are doing to advance the laser technology, thanks Ortur.

Bought my first laser from them. There was a delay in shipping so I contacted them and it was resolved. Would buy from again.

Thank you for the goggles. It's very helpful, makes me want to have olm3.

Ortur is a world class brand with cutting edge products in the laser engraving world, at affordable entry prices for small business owners and hobbyists. For this reason, I’ve purchased two Laser Master L2S2s and have loved every moment of use. I decided to follow their facebook page to learn more about current trends in the laser engraver world, and to my surprise I discovered a highly interactive page filled with useful content that inspires productivity, boosts creativity and creates a sense of community that strengthens one’s confidence as a maker of laser cut products. I was impressed with how communicative and supportive they were with helping me receive a product when shipping information was incorrect. These small things show that they really try to cover all the bases when it comes to building trust with their customers, from outstanding product quality to quick, helpful responses from representatives during problems with orders.

This was a late addition to my setup and wasn't sure about getting one. It took some adjusting in the software and practice to get the hang of but is a fun new option for engraving things. The construction is solid and is heavy so it isn't easily moving around on its own, but light enough to store on a shelf. The versatility of the chuck options is very handy and can handle a wide array of items.

I upgraded from the OLM 3 LE to the OLM 3 20Watt machine and I love it. This machine has been flawless and it's so fast and versatile. Ortur shipped it quickly and I've added a few accessories that all came quickly and very nicely packaged as well. I have the enclosure, the air assist pump, the platform, and a rotary roller all from Ortur and they've been a pleasure to work with for all the orders.

I use this Brand laser for 3 years now, I am very very satisfied or the machine and laser module.

I owned 5.5 - 10 and 20 W, rotary and the results are even perfect
