10/31/25 review update: After a few months, I felt it was fair to provide an update. I realized the mic on the phone did not actually work when the phone is on speaker (phone call or facetime) -- I usually wouldn't have noticed because I usually do not use the speaker or facetime. What's worse is that the phone is still carrier locked after 4 months because it has not been paid off so I cannot unlock or even trade in this phone, making it useless for me. Most companies who buy/sell devices always check to ensure the phone is not on a lease. Although warranty is provided there's been no follow-up regarding the mic. I've also requested for a buy-back and again, no follow up. It's a shame because it was such a good experience to begin but I should have known better because the phone was surprisingly cheap but obviously for reasons not disclosed.

A few days after having transferred my data, Oscars Phones offered me a great price for my old phone along with again..free shipping! The process was simple, communication was great, payment was prompt, and reassurance was amazing from a new customer's perspective. Much appreciated!

ngl i was skeptical at first but they worked really fast and fixed my broken screen and made it look brand new. the owner oscar is a pretty chill guy too. So many other businesses were overpriced so for the price and quality, its definitely worth it.
