Reckless clasp broke just after 2 days of wearing it

The necklace was really nice my partner loved it but unfortunately after just 2 days of wearing it the clasp broke and would not close which means she can no longer wear this with her matching earrings

The item was exactly what i asked for

The item was exactly what i asked for. I got my necklace within the time frame specified. The packaging was secure and the case was not destroyed. Excellent service.

The item looks good but they were so tiny comparing to what was being advertised. The item was delivered on time though.

Absolutely loved everything

Absolutely loved the whole experience of getting to personalise the bracelet for my partner and also choosing which fidget ring would best suit me. I was updated regularly on the process and delivery and it can well packed and in safe jewellery boxes ready for gifting
