Cheap jewelry
The delivery was fine but the product does not meet the expectations. Both the earrings and necklace feel very cheap and it is not silver jewelry.
I will not order from this site again.

Size can be a personal preference and I have had some customers say the same earrings are too big so it really depends on what type of jewelry you like. As they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder!
To assist with this we have a photo with the size of the earrings on the website and also a photo with the earrings in a persons ear so you can gauge the size of the earrings before you purchase.

The earrings were posted as "diamond" earrings which they are not. False advertising to say the least. RIP off.

The item you are referring to uses the word 'diamond' as a descriptive word in the advertisement to portray what the item looks like.
There is no mention on the product page that the material used are diamonds. Sorry for the confusion.

I never received my order! I received a text that it was delivered but it was not in my mailbox!

This is the first we have heard that there was an issue with the delivery of your order and we are very sorry about that.
We have since reached out to you and you have now confirmed that you have received the order as it was incorrectly delivered by the shipping company but they have retrieved it and delivered it to you.
Unfortunately sometimes the shipping companies let us down but I am glad we were able to work through this to ensure you received your beautiful items.
We will always make sure our customers receive the items they ordered and if we can't get an outcome with the shipping company we re-send the order.

It's very disappointing to see this feedback.
After an email discussion with you before this feedback was left I showed the delivery tracking information that had a photo of your ordered delivered to your front door. You then let me know your friendly neighbour picked it up to keep it safe for you until you returned home.
Being shocked to see this review I contacted you again and you told me the earrings and necklace were delivered, which is what you ordered from our store but not the white pants. I don't sell any clothing as I am a jewelry store!
It seems you have mistaken our store for another business that hasn't delivered your pants and we are getting the blame for it.
