I had a fantastic experience with this company! I hadn’t heard of them before so I was initially unsure about purchasing through them, but they exceeded all my expectations. They have a great selection of Chiikawa merchandise and incredibly fast delivery! Will be shopping with them again :)

Had a question about my order and they answered straight away. Found out my postcode was wrong by a letter and reached out to me and sorted the issue. Shipped next day and got delivered today. I will be defiantly purchasing from them again . I highly recommend

i ordered a sega choso figure from here and i was shocked to see that this store was one of the only that had this figure and only for £29.99 too! free shipping too!!! it’s safe to say that i was stoked since choso is my fav character and i really wanted a figure of him. so i ordered it in march and since it was a pre-order i knew it would take long. they said they'd ship it out in may once they got it, and they did - i received it at the start of june! the shipping was extremely quick despite it being a long pre-order, and because i was worried how long it would take i emailed the support team and they responded almost immediately and confirmed that it was on the way and i didn't need to worry. the figure itself is perfect and in excellent condition, i am so happy with my purchase and otaku daily is now my new fav store :3 thank you so much!!!! i love you guys you're the best <3

Absolutely great company
Absolutely great company. I was eagerly awaiting for my order as I pre-ordered back in August 2024 (item was expected to release mid March 2025). I love the way Otaku Daily took extra care with the packaging of my order, other companies need to take note. Item arrived in great condition, not a single bit of damage on the box whatsoever. Very pleased with my order and I will have Ippo Makunouchi to look at to inspire me to crush my goals now! Will be a repeat customer that's for sure!

Ordered an Ichiban Kuji from them. You get a video showing what you win (sadly didn’t get the A prize 😭) which I really like.
