recently inquired about an item that wasn't available and the following customer service was fantastic the business went about sourcing the product and got it for me with frequent updates. I found the experience excellent and would highly recommend using this unique business for all your additional needs products. I will certainly be purchasing again in the near future. 1st class online shop and customer service
Otavo is a great site a great variety of products. My daugther loves the hushee ear defenders we have several pairs in different colours. she has several of the fidget toys that get endless use. the site is easy to use. my order is always shipped quickly and arrives packaged so beautifully. Otavo is a first class shop with 1s class products and customer service. cant recommend enough
