Otto Tiles & Design Opiniões

Otto Tiles & Design made my dream kitchen become reality. From my first query in regards to a range of tile, to sharing completion photos with the team, everything was perfect. Special shout out to Ilayda who made the whole experience stress free and easy. Always available to answer any question i had. Customer Service was exceptional though out and the tile themselves are breathtaking, true craftsmanship from the makers over in Turkey!

Good service. Tiles look very nice. Ilayda is charming and very helpful.

Ilayda and her team have top-quality tiles, all handmade with stunning colors and patterns. Their customer service is very reactive and professional. We ordered 2 types of tiles from them and we had a little problem with the shipping for one of them. Ilayda very quickly resolved the problem, so we are super happy customers ! Will order again from them for sure.

Very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again .

excellent customer service, all questions were answered promptly, we were kept informed throughout, the tiles itself are stunning

Excellent customer support and great product

We recently bought our new flat and after lots of researches we’ve made, decided to buy Otto Tiles’ pink striped cement tiles for our bathroom floor. Throughout the buying process, Otto Tiles provided very professional and friendly service which appreciated. Our tiles arrived on time, installation was quick and hassle-free. We’re really happy with our new tiles.

Ordering online can sometimes be a daunting experience. Iladya at Ottotiles is very attentive. Lead in time from Turkey was four weeks. When they arrived they were well packed in a small but substantial wooden crate. First class product and first class service.

So we were looking for something special for our new en suite wet room. We tried all the usual places and couldn't find what we wanted. I came across Otto Tiles and loved the range and the style. I contacted them with a question and Ilayda responded promptly. She was very knowledgeable and helped throughout the process.Nothing was too much trouble. I ordered the tiles (Hex 40) and she made sure that the plan tiles matched the patterned tiles. Total attention to detail which I liked. The tiles arrived exactly when she said they would be here and they are fabulous.

Amazing unique tiles, the advice and service I received was extremely helpful. The tiles were super well packaged. Much better value than some high street retailers for a superior product. Thank you.

My wife and I really enjoyed our visits to Turkey and bought lots of their amazing tiles and pottery. So when it came time to redo our bathrooms, our first thoughts were to make one of them on a Turkish theme.
Otto tiles has a great variety of beautiful Turkish tiles. We chose one of them for a feature wall for our bathroom and were not disappointed. They look amazing and give us real pleasure every time we step into the bathroom.

Beautiful designs and lovely friendly service! I would wholehearted recommend.

Fantastic products and service. Very happy customer. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and stunning products.

Really helpful and prompt delivery, well packaged

Beautiful tiles, couldn't find these designs anywhere else. They've gone up nicely on the wall as a kitchen splash back and added a lot of personality to an otherwise neutral kitchen.

Needed some bespoke tiles for a restaurant that we were working on. Came across Otto tiles, and they had exactly the sort of thing that we were looking for, so placed the order. It took a little bit longer than we had hoped, as they were coming from Turkey. Once they arrived, a couple of the tiles were slightly damaged, however the excellent customer service staff offered us various solutions with no quibble at all. Will definitely be contacting them again, should we need that something, a little bit different.

Professional Service. FULLSTOP

lovely tiles - bit of mucking about to get them
but would be 4.5 stars really
