Buying a house in Bournville was a genuinely positive experience thanks to Rachel Andrews at Oulsnams. She was pleasant, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. It truly felt like she was working for us—proactive, thoughtful, and always on our side.

I was kept informed and all my questioned have been answered efficiently. There was no hidden expenses as everything is transparent on their comprehensive web-site. I had a tenant in my property very quickly, saving me money and allowing me to choose the tenant who I felt was the best fit for the flat. I have previous experience of buying and selling houses with them and had the same service. They are independent and very professional.

First of all, I would like to thank everyone at Oulsnams, especially Lisa, for pushing to get things completed. Once an offer had been made, Lisa and Lauren really pushed to try and get everything completed. As a teacher, I was hoping to get completion done in the summer holidays but unfortunately due to the first buyer dropping out, it happened in September (the most busiest time). Lisa also arranged for my house to be sold at a good price, above the price advertised. I put the house on the market in March and, at first, there weren’t many viewings. Perhaps open house viewings would have helped with that, which Oulsnams don’t do. Eventually viewings came through. The viewers, quite rightly, wanted to view at weekends and in the bank holiday. This meant that I had to show the viewers around myself. I didn’t mind but I imagine some people may.

The manager and staff at Robert Oulsnam all worked in our best interest to make our experience of selling our house the best it could be. They took time and effort to support and help us through a very trying and stressful time. The manager and staff made themselves available for any queries and updates that we needed. From start to finish, the Droitwich office was incredibly professional and knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend this office for their continued dedication on selling our home and keeping the chain moving.
