This company are simply out to make money. Fake items non genuine brands. You simply cannot find a way to return an item. Its so convoluted on their returns policy and even if you think you have the right passage its a dead end for returns.

Their company name used is cleverly similar to a legitimate company with similar name.

They advertise on FaceBook which is where I fell for the scam.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

I have had exactly the same experience as last reviewer. Order not arrived. Sent several follow up emails with no response.Then tried calling the contact number (which is a mobile - says it all really) given on their emails and website - does not exist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY

Nice mask, a little big but can modify to tighten somehow I am pretty sure.

Sweatshirt did not resemble picture the stitching was as it a child had done it, the hemming was disgraceful.

Ordered 6/09/25… no updates, no reply to emails and the phone number is not recognised. I Think it’s a Scam. The Shop app website is no longer available either.

Fraud, selling fake items

Said it had delivered something 5 days before I ordered it. Do not respond to any correspondence. I’d avoid like the plague. Complete con artists.

Bought some Boss shoes, clearly a manufacturing error as too small. Think they may be fakes, copies. I couldn't see their returns policy, so wrote to them at "supportATukoutlet.store." No reply. Called UK number on site, 07451275031, no such number, called their Eire number +353799026931. I am disappointed to be treated this way and will refer to my bank. AVOID!!!!!

FAKE. Avoid buying off this website at all costs. I ordered 2 adidas shirts both came and they were like rags. See through cheese cloth I would not recommend buying from this website ever. I am in the process now of trying to get a refund.

Ordered 2 items, they set it as delivered to a date before I even ordered them and have ignored all of my messages.

Do not buy from here. Cheap crap. Cheap copies that look nothing like the real thing. Cheap material , nothing like leather. They are meant to be ADIDAS but they are crap trainers that have the word FASHION written on them.

Like others, I ordered a shirt which was of a knitted pattern cost over £34 it has just arrived and nothing more than a cheese cloth style shirt with an adidas logo.

Waiting a response back and have reported to Fraud website!

Ordered a shirt did not know it was coming from China or I definitely would not of Ordered it when it came is was nothing like the picture it was cheap cheesecloth with a fake Adidas sign on it with a shiny circle around the emblem like it had been ironed on it is all fake avoid this company I got the return address eventually a big mad name in China and woman in post office wanted £14 return and £18 to track it the shirt cost £34 so looks like i got an expensive dust clothe 😡 this company needs investigating

I have tried in vain to get a response from this company emails do transmit but I have a confirmation of receipt but no response and when trying to respond to there confirmation the address comes back as invalid
