Today is Day 17 and still now idea as to when the items will arrive. Seller said 8 to 12 days for delivery WELL that time has long passed and PayPal is doing little to reslove the issue. STAY AWAY from this seller since they do not do as their website states. And since the seller sent the items from China (Note: seller NEVER mention that the items were shipping from China) "If I had known this I would have NEVER ordered it" UPDATE Today is now 11/26/23 and still no pacakge this seller lies, and provides no help at all to date. Original order date- Oct 31, Payment - PayPal Credit

This company sells counterfeit Pokémon cards. That's why they are so cheap. You will never find booster boxes of Sun & Moon or XY for $40.00 anywhere. Don't fall for it. It's a scam.

I ordered a spider man costume for Halloween and it came just on time I got so many compliments the suit is in real good condition will definitely be ordering from here again

Thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience. From the start, I had a feeling this was not going to be a great time-- the company is based in India, there aren't many reviews of it online, and when I completed the order, there was absolutely no timetable for delivery made clear.
Next, though the company offers package tracking, this actually doesn't kick in until the order's been processed and they actually ship it out. The order number is useless; the actual tracking number isn't sent to you for a while. Unbeknownst to me, this process can take more than a few days, and until then you have no idea what the status of the package is. And even when you do finally receive a tracking number, the tracking details are almost useless. Yes, you can see updates on what is happening to the package, but with the exception of the first few updates, the website did not provide me with details on where the package was actually located, nor with how long it would take to arrive.
When I finally received the costume I'd order on the DAY OF Halloween, just over two weeks since I'd ordered it, I discovered that the costume was much too small to use and now I have to go through another arduous process of return.
The only decent part of my experience was customer service correspondence. Though an online representative might take a couple of days to respond, and they don't necessarily address all your concerns or issues, they at least try to help a little and provide resources for you to refer to.
Oh, also, did I mention OutletTrends literally posted a fake review from me for the product I ordered? Of course I can't prove it's supposed to be "my" review, but it's timestamped the day I received it and it uses my first name. I'm not stupid, but this company is. Do not use, no matter how dire your straits are.

The spider man costume was high quality and a hit. It fit our son perfectly!

Delivery was fine but the customer care was far most outstanding

2 of the 3 items I ordered came within reasonable time, however the third has been problematic. Got one email saying it was delivered but in the wrong country, and another saying it was delivered in a different state. I've been in contact with an agent of outlet trends and I've been told to check if my family brought it in the house or if the neighbors may have gotten it or if the postal office could have any information about it. All 3 suggestions came up as nothing and am trying not to go the route of a refund as the order is for my son. Hope we can resolve this soon.

Ordering was easy, making changes for the order was very easy on chat, tracking the package was also simple. That said a customer satisfaction survey was sent to me EVERYDAY for weeks
