The umbrella arrived but the bottom part of the pole was to short in length to fit into the base and if i pushed it down the umbrella became very low. In order to buy a new part I called Outsunny. They could not find my order firstly, they could not tell me the correct dimensions of the bottom part of the pole circumference. She checked her manual and said the dimensions are not on there lol so I asked politely how do you have a manual with no specifications! She then cut me off. I dont rate customer after care or customer service and when you buy it make sure its long enough to fit for saftey at the base , Otherwise you will be wearing like a hat!

I purchased an out sunny pergola a couple of years ago and wanted to order a replacement canopy for it.
I have been told that
'We are so sorry to let you know that you cannot place order for separate part, you can simply place order for whole item.'
Clearly dreadful after sales service!!!

This place is a scam. The greenhouse I bought is identical to a Temu greenhouse, the quality is awful. It fell apart in a light gust of wind, all of the panels were blown out and damaged after we assembled it. We tried to hire a professional to help us put it together and he said “you should get your money back, even if I fix it, it won’t hold up”. The panels don’t fit in the frame. For $700, I thought I was buying a quality product. I re-read the customer reviews, and I could tell a lot of them were fake. Way too many 5 star reviews for a completely terrible product + the way they’re written it’s clear they’re not authentic. The 5 star reviews are incredibly misleading, this is one of the poorest quality products I’ve ever purchased. I’ll be checking trust pilot vs reading company reviews in the future. I feel like I was scammed. I reached out to the company, if it’s not resolved I will be contacting my bank. I couldn’t even ship it back if I wanted to, it’s so damaged and flimsy

Bought a corrigated metal container/shed for the garden. Should have only taken a couple of hours to build. Instead it took me from 12.30 in the afternoon till 3.30am due to the stupid flim they put over all the metal painted parts that just cannot be removed easily. Its taken me that long i actually would prefer a refund at this point!

Bought sofa set easy and clear to assemble using the instructions supplied. As was the gazebo we purchased. Excellent delivery from Aosom.

Just purchased a sun lounger with canopy. What a cheek to advertise with photos of a woman and a man, both on a lounger/bed with plenty of room to rest their arms comfortably when the reality is, unless you are a stick insect, your arms will not fit at all but flop over hard metal which digs in near your armpits and is pretty painful. Add to that the photos of the cushioned cover looking all high and supportive when it's some flat wadding type stuff in a cover. This company are taking the mick.

Bought a 6 x 4 pent metal shed.
Could not get the roof on correctly. Ended up drilling more holes. Took 2 days to sort out.
Poor quality and poor fitting parts.

Need to print legible instructions with your manuals and identifying parts.

Do not buy. Bought a hard top gazebo through b&q online. Put the gazebo up got to the last 2 roof panels and they did not fit. Contacted customer service with pictures and order number 6 emails later and they are saying they cannot find my order so cannot help. All I wanted to know is if there was a reason why or if I had maybe missed something when putting it together but because they couldn’t find my order they can’t help

Brilliant experience with a poly tunnel from this company last year, this years one was awful with bits missing and a hole in the cover, took 6hrs to build as had to find screws, it’s still not finished as there is hinges missing. This was for my old papa so I’m really disappointed, as Outsunny refused to do anything but lucky I purchased off Amazon and they have helped as it’s exceptional circumstances. As I work full time and have to travel to my papas to do jobs for him. Well done Amazon and a big boooo to Outsunny will definitely be purchasing off another company next year

Ho comprato un gazebo per terrazzo dove in descrizione si assicurava un prodotto resistente alla ruggine; a nemmeno 9 mesi di distanza, eccola la stessa che si presenta dappertutto, ho inviato le foto e chiesto il motivo, mi è stato risposto che è la normale usura del tempo… 9 mesi? E tra una anno cosa accadrà? Probabilmente si sgretolerà da solo e, se tutto andrà bene, rimarrà solo la tenda e un brutto ricordo di un prodotto che porterà via il vento.

Purchased a patio heater and used once last year, packed away for winter. At the weekend as nicer weather is coming we uncovered to find glass tube smashed. Contacted MH STAR and was advised they could not help as parts no longer held. So basically a £250 heater used once is now fit for the bin.

Lesson learned, check reviews before buying, seems this is the norm for this business to sell substandard goods.

Stear clear of their garden sheds . Thousands of pieces, the metal panels are so flimsy , wafer thin and buckle and bend easily . The instructions are not very clear . No point putting a lock on the doors . One small kick and the doors will collapse. Dread to think what’s going to happen in windy conditions. Buy this at your peril.?worst 350 euro spent . Not worth 50 euro .

Purchased a polytunnel from this company & within 3 days of erecting this structure it had collapsed. The build quality is rubbish. Made contact with Out-sunny but they showed no interest in honoring the statuary 12 month warranty & basically told me there is nothing they can do. This company is a shambles & have no after care service. They might just as well said " we have your money, now clear off.

I purchased a replacement gazebo roof cover which unfortunately, my mistake did not fit. I called out sunny to arrange a return and refund snd found the team very unhelpful. I was told I could send it back but I would have to arrange a return and the cost and packaging was my responsibility, if I kept the goods they would credit me 5% which was around £5. The packaging and posting was £10 . I didn’t end up sending it back and I guess this is what they hope. I will not purchase from them again

I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service from Outsunny.

I purchased a mini greenhouse (model 845-511) from a garden centre in West London. The item was new and sealed, but when I opened it for the first time, several essential plastic connector parts were missing from the box. This made the product completely unusable.

I contacted Outsunny customer service and clearly explained that this was a case of missing components from the original packaging. However, instead of offering a solution, I was repeatedly told that they could not help because I did not have a direct order number from their website.

This is extremely frustrating. As a customer, I paid for a complete product, not for something incomplete that I then need to fix myself.

I was also advised to search online and purchase the missing parts separately, which I find unacceptable.

Overall, very poor support and disappointing experience. I would not recommend based on how this issue was handled.

Bought an Outsunny shed. Ever the bargain hunter my son found said shed a little cheaper on Wayfair. We discovered that the shed was a little cheaper as it did not include the Foundation Kit. I contacted Outsunny to purchase one to be told that because I did not buy the shed directly from them they could not supply it!
So, they supply various companies their sheds to sell but will not sell spare parts if you do!! Work that one out??

J ai commandé 2 jardinières avec treillis je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. J ai commandé un mercredi après-midi et le jeudi matin j étais livré. Concernant l emballage les articles étaient très bien protégés avec beaucoup de polystyrène sur toutes les pièces et les côtés. Facile à monter. Je suis enchantée du résultat.

Hätte ich vorher gewusst was mich bei der Montage erwartet hätte ich den Schrank nicht bestellt. Allein um die Folie auf den Blechen zu entfernen muss man die doppelte Zeit der Montage einberechnen. Selbst wenn man die Bleche mit einem Föhn leicht erwärmt,ist es nur möglich die Folie in 5-Euro-Scheingröße zu entfernen. Der Rat mit den Handschuhen zu arbeiten ist nicht immer möglich und man muss vorsichtig sein dass man sich an den Blechen nicht schneidet. Des Weiteren passen verschiedene Schraubenverbindung nicht und man muss selber nacharbeiten.
Mein Fazit. Sollte er dann zum Schluss einmal stehen,erfüllt er seinen Zweck.
