Very good service .The store age box is nicely made ,easy to put together very strong very satisfied

The quality of the garden storage box was first rate, instructions were clear. The only thing that let down the experience was the delivery by DX. Doorbell rang, the box (not inconsiderable weight) was leant against the front door making it hard to open. "Ooo it's here" said I cheerily to which the delivery guy monotone'd "name?". When I was momentarily stunned by his attitude, he just repeated "name?" then turned and walked off. I realise you're not responsible for third party (and third rate) delivery companies but this sullied an otherwise great experience. He obviously hated his job. Maybe you could ease his anguish and not give DX any more annoyingly big and heavy parcels to deliver? Apart from that, all good, lovely product.

Received a text in the morning saying my delivery slot was between 9.00am - 1.00pm. Based on this information I made appointments for the afternoon. At 9.30 I got a call from the driver that my delivery would be between 2.00pm - 5.00pm. I then had to cancel my afternoon appointments!! The delivery was eventually made at 5.45. If this information was given to me prior to the delivery date I would not have wasted a days holiday.

Delivered on time and the heavy bulky packages moved to the rear of my property by the delivery team.

The purchase experience was great through the Keter website. Our storage bin arrived much sooner than we had hoped, and was super simple to put together thanks to the clear instructions. We particularly like the lid support hinges that keep the lid open. It looks great and has plenty of storage capacity for our lounger cushions.

Very efficient delivery service. All the parts were easily identifiable and the instructions were very good. Estimates up to 4 hours to build but we were closer to 6, despite us being practical. So far so good and would definitely recommend the product.

Very well made products I have now bought a Potting shed, storage cabinet & an Elevated Garden Bed Planter.
Instructions were very easy to assemble with all three products being very stable. I would certainly recommend Keter for their design, self assembly procedure together with their thought for DIY householder. The main thing I found Follow the instructions page by page & you cannot go wrong.

Product was delivered on time and efficiently. However on unpacking the shed I found the top plastic sections cracked and flimsy. This means the doors are not very strong.

My kids broke the door. I emailed them to buy a replacement part, and they replied quickly and sent the part free of charge. A quality product comes with quality customer service.
