Reboot Oven Cleaning Opiniões 

This is the second time I’ve booked to have my double oven cleaned and what a superb clean by Jack. Always on time and very thorough and Jack gives great advice for cleaning tips. Today had my dishwasher cleaned also. Very happy.

As others say, excellent. Four year old oven looks like new. Cleaned by Jack who was not only professional and friendly but did a first class job. This was money well spent.

We paid for this company to clean our oven today (£65) and the guy attended but left without providing any services.

We provided our full address with postcode and also texted him back the guidelines for our door number and address when he was here and he still couldn’t find the place and left without doing anything.

I’ve contacted their team after to ask for reschedule but they refused to refund even partial of my money.

Would never recommend to anyone as they can just use couldn’t find property or access as excuse to not do the job while charging your money.

*I also find it weird that how other companies can get in with the same address provided no problem and they struggled to get in. There is call button to concierge from the gate and street parking everywhere in the neighbourhood.

They said I did not answer call but I have replied their message and also texted them ''did you find it'' and there was no response from their colleague and we did not even know he left

Jack was quick efficient and knowledgeable. Ovens
etc now look like new! Excellent job. Will use this firm again.

Love this company. Have used Reboot twice now for my oven cleaning and they've always sent friendly and professional people, with amazing results. My oven and hob look amazing, and they installed a new light too. Would 100% recommend, such good value for the cost.

Reboot did a great job of cleaning our double oven, filters and large extractor hood plus fitting a new oven light. The guy (Jack) was efficient and left everything spotless. I have used them before a few years ago and would thoroughly recommend the company.

This is such a great company. I've now had my oven cleaned by them twice - both times, they were helpful, punctual and pleasant. The oven is spotless and the cleaning materials are non-toxic and don't make you gag. Brilliant.

Jack did an amazing job cleaning up the double oven, hob and extractor fan. He even replaced the filters.

The whole thing just sparkles now.

This company is the best, polite, tidy, hard working and all this for a great price.

I give this company 5 stars for cleaning and 3 stars for their booking system, so have averaged it to 4 stars. The oven clean itself was excellent. The admin before it not so much. After booking and paying a week before there was no confirmation or communication until I received a refund into my account, at which point I chased up and asked the company what was going on. Credit goes to Alex who replied within a couple of hours to say he still had the booking and there had been problems with the system (though I had to email again to get the actual time booked for confirmed). I could have done without the extra stress of chasing up before moving house. That said the clean was excellent and Alex was responsive so that should be enough for anyone to confidently make a booking.

Sam was very friendly and helpful. He worked very hard on out very dirty oven. It looked like new when he had finished. He cleaned up and left the kitchen spotless.

Friendly and informative! Did an amazing job and told us how they do it. No harsh chemicals in the home so hasn't even left a smell. The oven is sparkling and the bulb is replaced.

Nice not to be made to feel like a stranger in your own home by a workman.

Just had double oven and microwave brought back to life by Alex. Superb service from beginning to end. Excellent website with costs clearly displayed. Then prompt, helpful responses with updates all the way. Alex was highly professional, protecting floor areas and replacing a bulb. Also a thoroughly nice chap! Highly recommend this company.
